The Holiday Inn was a perfect choice. The staff from Snow at the front desk, the servers, housekeeping & valet were so helpful and friendly
Location was perfect, quiet stretch of the river but close to everything, so convenient, walked everywhere. Room was clean and comfortable. Amazing trip!

We had a great stay. The location was great with direct access to the river walk, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room met all of our expectations. In addition the pool and fitness center were great to use. Would stay here again when we come to San Antonia for a future visit. If you get a chance when staying go to Howl at the moon, that was a lot of fun for an evening of entertainment and Landrys Seafood restaurant was a great place to eat. Would highly recommend both and they are both located within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Snow helped us check in and was there throughout our stay when we needed her! She is GREAT! Made our trip/stay wonderful & rememberable! Room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast bar was very good! Everyone we came in contact was very friendly and helpful!

Great service and rooms, receptionist and staff were great and very helpful, went there for a family weekend get away and the experience was incredible, riverwalk is just steps away from the hotel and the view was incredible, I will recommend the hotel to family and friends.
