This hotel is located by the Riverwalk. We have a nice room facing the River and it was a pretty sight. The room was clean and big but however, there was always a weird flushing sound coming from the toilet. If feels like someone was in the toilet and flushing every other hour. This was a turnoff. We felt the breakfast at the hotel was mediocre so if you need an alternative, there is a Starbucks right opposite the hotel. Other than that, there are plenty of restaurants by the riverwalk so nothing was too far away. You can also walk to the nearby attractions (The Alamo, Spanish Governor's Palace, Historic Market Square, etc). We took the Greyhound Bus to San Antonio and the bus station was just about less than 10min walk away from the hotel. Generally, we notice that there are always police patrolling the area so it feels very safe to walk around that area regardless of the time. Should we return to San Antonio, this hotel would be my choice again for sure! Read less

Be aware that if approach on College Street by car you can't turn in to car park so end up having to go through all the roadworks in front of hotel and approach on N St Marys Street. On arrival we asked a valet outside what to do and he seemed to imply we had to go to 6th floor and park there even though there was plenty of space lower down - still not sure why? (We didn't use the car again until we left). After that everything went well. We had a room on 21st floor which gave good views over city. The room was spacious and had good internet connectivity. Beds were large and comfy and we slept well. It was very easy to get out and walk around the Riverwalk area and the rest of central San Antonio (which would highly recommend). We had a continental buffet breakfast each morning and enjoyed this and each evening we had a drink in the bar to relax. Staff at reception were very friendly. Read less

Enjoyed a Navy reunion at this hotel. Our room excellent and the hospitality room was really nice. The staff were very helpful and I did not hear a complaint from the 125 attendees. We could walk 1/2 block and enter the Riverwalk which is loaded with restaurants and shops. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Antonio.

The Sky Line Atrium, a light and airy space with wonderful natural lighting, was the perfect spot for our hospitality room. Our meetings and dinner were hosted in the Tango Ballroom, a spacious and inviting ballroom. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this location!! Read less

We loved the room and the view! Was a bit surprised by the cost of the daily parking & no microwave in the room but other than that it was amazing. The food in the restaurant was wonderful!!!! Would definitely recommend.
