If you are averse to noise then do not accept the ground floor rooms in the the two storey blocks, the ceiling construction is wooden and non existent sound proofing between the floors. Fortunately we were able to move to a single storey room which was quiet but in need of updating, carpet worn away to reveal exposed gripper rods! Don’t eat in the… Read more

Fortunately we were able to move to a single storey room which was quiet but in need of updating, carpet worn away to reveal exposed gripper rods! Don’t eat in the restaurant as overpriced and poor quality, fish and chips was equivalent to basic processed fish and oven chips for $19,the McDonald’s across the road represents better quality and cheaper. You want to see monument valley but are unsure where to stay. The choice is simple , pay through the nose at one of the two hotels in monument valley ( not to mention the awful Goulding restaurant) or travel 25 minutes down the road and pay 50%-75% less in a number of decent motels ....the choice is yours

When we pulled into this hotel I thought that we were going to regret it. This was certainly not the case. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms, although a little worn and dated, were large, clean and comfortable. The mattress was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on in any hotel..

Microwave, limited number of tv channels. Bummer that they still have not opened their pool as it looked very inviting. Wonderful restaurant nearby The Blue Coffee… Read more

Maybe if this hotel charged $40 it would be understandable but I was charged $162. This was a non smoking room and it smelled like stale cigarettes and crap. Also the tv was really bad and the beds were super uncomfortable. The COVID restrictions had been lifted but the pool and restaurant were both closed and there was no breakfast included. I’ve stayed in $50 hotels that included breakfast. Also as an insult to injury there was a nail sticking up out of the floor and several of my friends were impaled on it and next to nothing was done about it. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Also the guy at the front desk was an *******. Read less
