I stayed at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center last week for a business conference. The location was ideal since my conference was at the convention center. Everything about my stay was wonderful: staff was friendly, food was delicious, room was spotless, bed was comfortable. Highly recommended!

I've stayed at this hotel on prior business trips, and it was always a pleasant experience. This time it was for leisure, and I knew I'd get a clean and comfortable room. Having Tesla destination chargers available was important and very convenient in their parking garage.

Great location for a conference with downtown access! Colleagues and I were at this site for a conference and we had easy access to downtown places. It was a short trip to the airport for arrival and departure.

They were also never crowded. The rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Starbucks in the lobby! Lots of restaurants nearby and the Temple is about 4 blocks away. Hotel and room was clean. I found several long black hairs in the bathroom that were decidedly not mine so that grossed me out a bit but, overall, I can't complain. I was here for a conference. The air conditioning went out on the second day and the hotel provided us ice cream as consolation. I never thought it felt all that bad with the A/C out but I was impressed by their customer service. All in all, I would recommend the hotel. Read less

Had a wonderful two-night stay, wished it was longer. The hotel is very conveniently located to many of SLC attractions. We were able to walk to Temple Square, City Creek Mall, The Cathedral of Madeleine and many other attractions. The Capitol was close enough to walk to, but because it was so uphill, we took an Uber to the Capitol grounds and walked back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we checked the bags and valeted the car and went to lunch at City Creek and checked in when we came back. We also had access to the lounge during our stay, and they had one of the friendliest and most helpful lounge personnel we have come across. The one place I thought I’d have to complain about they even preemptively took care of that. They made a mistake on our bill not giving us a breakfast credit, and I didn’t notice it until I looked at my emailed invoice the next day. I also saw that they only wanted you to call about billing issues and not e-mail them. That is always a roadblock to me since I’d rather solve issues with a quick e-mail. Before I got around to calling them, I got a notice from my credit card company saying they had given me a credit even before I had contacted them about the mistake. I certainly didn’t expect that. Looking for to staying here again, perhaps longer on another stay at Salt Lake. Read less
