Water pressure so low water literally dripped from shower head. Wall paper coming up in bathroom. Restaurant had good food but staff was very slow and forgot orders. Ordered a drink 3 times and never received it. Bar was super busy and only one tender.

I spent several days here for a business meeting. My sleeping room was clean and comfortable, but the water pressure in my shower was a very weak. The desk staff that I interacted with were very polite and helpful. The food in the hotel restaurants was just average as were the meals that were served to our group. A couple of the rooms that I was in for meetings were so noisy due to the heating system that we couldn't hear one another. The hotel overall needs an update and better workout equipment. The hotel is in a good area and there are many fine restaurants nearby. I was surprised by the number of homeless/mentally ill people wandering in Salt Lake City and there were times when I was out on my own during the day that I didn't feel 100% safe. Read less

Great location, friendly helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. Spencers restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The hotel staff recommended Youngson Transportation for our group of six to and from the airport and various trips throughout the city. We were very pleased with this company. Great stay and transportation!
