It’s a great location for its close to airport and close to Delta Center for bball games. My room was never cleaned. I requested to have our room cleaned at 9 am. Came home at 10pm and wasn’t touched even though front desk assured us it would. Night staff was helpful. Switched us rooms. Beds are super hard, it’s outdated and I would spend money… Read more

Very new hotel (only a year or two old) so really clean, tidy and well maintained. Good sized rooms and great views of downtown and the Rockies. Staff very personable. Also, the cable channels were very limited. We appreciated the free breakfast, but the food was just okay. Maybe we’ve been spoiled by other Hyatt… Read more

Maybe we’ve been spoiled by other Hyatt hotels, but we felt this one (the facility, not the staff who were great) fell below average. Read less

We enjoyed our stay in the Hyatt Place in SLC. Our room was on the 5th floor to help with any city noise. It had a desk and couch area with a tv which was able to be seen from the bed. Breakfast is served at 6am during the week and 7am on the weekends. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It did not have safe in the room which most hotels do now.
