This hotel offers the clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms we have come to expect at every Hampton Inn, and adds an extraordinary level of customer care with extra touches like chilled wash cloths in the lobby, apples and snacks with a note inviting guests to take along for the day, afternoon cookies, and cold water all day. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and well managed. We had a king suite which afforded ample space to relax when we returned from the park. The town shuttle stops right outside the hotel. We didn’t use our car at all during our stay, we took the shuttle to the park and took the shuttle or walked to nearby stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Zion. Read less

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We had an issue with one of our original rooms and the staff there took care of it right away. The shuttle to Zion stops right in from of the hotel which made getting to the park very easy.

I loved this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful every day we were there. They handed out free water bottles, cut up snacks for hiking, wet clothes to wipe your face when you came in from hiking. The location was great, walking to restaurants, shopping and the tram stop. Breakfast was very plentiful and constantly refreshed. There were a couple of public balconies to sit out and enjoy the day on. I only walked by the pool, I did not enter it but it looked clean and well cared for. The rooms could use some updating but they were super clean. I did not like to have to pay a $10 per day parking fee when I was already paying for the hotel room. Read less

Our family of 4 stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Springdale for 1 night in Aug 2024 while visiting Zion National Park. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The mattresses were absolutely great providing perfect support. At Hampton Inn we had the best sleep of our entire 10-day trip. I wish we stayed more nights in this hotel! Bathroom was good and clean. Provided shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were of good quality. Breakfast had full selection of cold and hot items. Lobby and breakfast area were very nice and felt more upscale than usual "inns". Check-in/check-out were quick and smooth. My son went to gym and also enjoyed sunset views from the pool. Location is very convenient to visit Zion National Park. Not only the host is close to the park, but it's just next to Springdale shuttle Stop #6. This came very helpful as the parking inside Zion park was full and we had to take that city shuttle while keeping our car on Hampton Inn's parking. We had an excellent stay overall and found this hotel to be a great value. We can certainly recommend it! Read less
