Since the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome by Denise at the front desk. Denise is an asset to the Hampton Inn!! Every day she asked us how were we doing and went the extra mile with us. She gave us all king of information about town and park. The hotel is impeccable with a large pool and close to everything in town. This is the first hotel… Read more

This is the first hotel that provided an excellent breakfast under COVID restrictions. We did not find any excuse to deliver an excellent service. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!! Read less

We spent 3nights here in mid April, great location, room, and staff. From here you are not in the crazy busy part of town but you can walk to it! We enjoyed the quiet, and the upper floors have outdoor seating areas on the corners of the building, we sat outside in the evening with views of the red rock, beautiful. Shuttle tickets into the park were totally unavailable even with the staffs instructions to go online at 5 pm for tickets the next day, but they helped us with options. We rented bikes and rode the full scenic highway. Breakfast was genius, COVID safe, and lots of take away choices for hiking, really a nice touch. Read less

The location is prime for this hotel, but there are MANY other ones right next to it that will be much better. I would not return here. The location is prime for this hotel, but there are MANY other ones right next to it that will be much better. I would not return here. The pros are: location- again, many others to choose from and they offer a grab and go breakfast was one of the best I have seen for hikers and people on the go. The cons: room smelled like old cig smoke, bathroom out of date and smelled, air made loud noise, the hot tub outside was murky and gross, and the main reason I am writing this review, the management is unprofessional and confused. I told The manager I would be writing this. Long and short it that the hotel Charged our travel agency the wrong amount for my kids room and the travel agency declined the charge. We had NO idea any of this was going on. The morning before we left for Bryce, my daughters went to breakfast and couldn’t get back in their room. Clearly all their items for the day were in the room still. The front desk told my daughter, when she went down to get a new key - sorry your merchants card has been declined, so we locked you out. My daughter asked them to call me. They did and told me the same thing. I walked to front desk and they told me same thing. After much back and forth she agreed to let the girl’s in the room since my credit card was on file for incidentals. Our travel agency called them And cleared things up, but the hotel never apologized for any inconvenience. Their policy of locking people out without notification is completely ridiculous- especially when it was THEIR ERROR. Hard no on this place. Read less

We stayed for 5 nights. The beds were clean, comfortable and updated. Reserve an odd number room for the best views. The breakfast was ample. Seating and food service areas were clean and well stocked. Due to COVID, the management had us heat our breakfast in our room. That was fine as we had a great view of the mountains. We had a nice refrigerator also. The Springdale shuttle service picks up in front of the hotel which is great because it is never full at this stop. We got passed by other stops as the bus was full closer to the park entrance. It’s nearly impossible to sign up for tickets to Zion on the park website. Cindy, at the front desk, told us about the walk up ticket line at the visitor center at 2 pm. Get there early. We took turns swapping out of line to hear the Ranger lectures. Cindy literally saved our trip. Thank you! We had a great stay and an especially memorable family trip with the help of these gracious folks! Read less
