Very comfortable, quiet room. We were on the first floor and did not hear any noise from the room above. Even though our room faced the courtyard, it was screened by a small grassy area with shrubs between us and the pool. Very comfortable, quiet room. We were on the first floor and did not hear any noise from the room above. Even though our room faced the courtyard, it was screened by a small grassy area with shrubs between us and the pool. We still had privacy with our shades up, which was important as our room had great views of the cliffs. The courtyard pool area has amazing views of the cliffs on both sides. On one visit we were lucky enough to watch the moon rise above the cliff. We found it very relaxing to sit there after a day in Zion. Staff was very efficient and helpful. Everything was fine but our room smelled of a dog. We had traveled 27 hours to get there so we were to tired to complain. There was almost nothing our child could eat besides fruit at breakfast. Nothing was dairy and gluten free and when I tried to ask the man was snippy and said the eggs had milk.

Restaurants and the insanely expensive SOL grocery is a quick walk. When we first checked in, the room on the 2nd floor we were assigned had an AC unit that was rattling so loudly when we walked in that I knew we needed to move. I don't even think it was on and it was clunking away. We moved to a room on the first floor (101) and the AC part of it didn't work - it blew hot air whether it was on heat or AC. We were tired so we told the front desk clerk to see if someone could address the next day. We left for the park early the next day and came back that evening to a room that was 84 degrees and felt like a sauna. Someone named Cabe/Cane (?) had come but I guess he just threw his hands up in the air and decided not to fix it. Other maintenance guys came down and were able to get the AC on and cool the room down. We set the thermostat where we wanted it to be and in the middle of the night, it bumped itself to a different temp which was annoying. I finally realized on our second to last day that the thermostat was on a schedule and you had to override the settings they had put in. It was frustrating, to say the least. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. They had regular and flavored water out for guests every day. The pool was not working so guests had to go to the nearby Springfield by Marriott if they wanted to swim. We did not. I would stay here again. Read less

We had a wonderful, experience at this hotel. The connecting rooms were perfect for our family. The location is perfect and the property is very well maintained and perfect. The breakfast was included and it had a good selection to choose from. The staff was wonderful including the housekeeping group and the front desk area. Trish, Rachel, and Jade made our stay wonderful. Their smiling faces and helpful personalities helped to make our 4 day stay a great experience. We will be back. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We even saw deer walking close by early in the morning which really made our stay even better. Read less
