We stayed here for 1 night during our trip to Zion NP. This place is awesome! Very clean hotel and very beautiful. The best Holiday Inn Express I've every stayed at to be honest. They have a nice patio area outside with fire pits where you can relax. They also have a decent breakfast selection even during covid. For the price we paid in comparison to others in Springdale, you most definitely get your money's worth. Also, if you plan to take the free town shuttle to Zion, stop #6 is in front of the hotel. Very convenient! Read less

From the moment we walked up we could see this property was nice. It’s style blended in and took advantage of the gorgeous Zion scenery. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. She said our room was ready early. Told us about the jacuzzi which we might enjoy after a day of hiking. The room was clean and comfortable. The grab and go breakfast… Read more

Beautiful hotel but worst experience ever!!! Bed bug found in the beautiful king bed room with canyon view (hotel employees cannot identify what kind of bug it is because they're not experts!) and was moved to a smaller double queen room with a view of the parking lot with weird unknown faint loud long beeping noise at 4 am. Called front desk, no one showed up as they say they will. Checked out early because I cannot stay another night at this hotel with bad service and horrible experience. The host didn't even bother to ask us why we are checking out a day early, he just said thanks for staying with us and have a good trip... that's because we weren't going to get our refund for the next night because there's a penalty fee for early cancelation!! We stayed here on a Sunday night in a king room on the second floor and had a positive experience overall. Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit, including providing advice about parking at Zion versus using the shuttle. Free parking is available at the hotel for guests. The room was comfortable and clean if a little bit worn. We did appreciate that the property had much more personality than other properties from this brand that we've visited, and you do get sneak peaks of the surrounding mountains from the windows. One complaint is that the breakfast offerings are far from nutritious (sausage sandwiches, sugary oatmeal and cereal). A hot vegetarian grab- and- go option would be appreciated. COVID-19: Masks are required throughout the property any time you're not in a private room. All staff and most guests complied. Breakfast offerings are a mix of grab and go and eat there, but the dining room is open. We opted to grab and go. Read less

The best thing about staying here was the free parking and the free shuttle to Zion's visitor center. We didn't have to drive at all during our two days here, which meant no waiting in line at 4 am to get a parking spot near the park. The room itself was huge! Lots of space to unpack and get ready for your hikes. The desk staff was SO friendly and helpful, and everything was kept very clean. Breakfast was offered in a COVID-friendly manner, and the outside areas of the property offer great views. We didn't go in the pool, but it looked awesome! Read less
