We booked rooms over a month in advance and the confirmation showed everything correctly. When we got there the Indian guy at the front desk said the computer showed something else and that we would have to pay for an extra room. He would not give us a refund or work with us at all, nor show us his screen which was very suspicious. We were blackmailed into getting another room or lose everything. The hotel is nearly 10 miles from the highway and really far from Zion. The furniture was in abysmal shape, outlets were messed up preventing you from plugging in chargers, and despite it being in the 80's at night, the air conditioning was so bad we left at 4 AM. This is the first and last time I am staying in this hotel chain. Read less

The hotel was reasonably priced for Zion area, and had a good free breakfast which was good as my day in Zion was a disaster and I'm glad I ate a large breakfast. Downsides. The bed was not up to Quality Inn standards. Very hard. Worse: The curtains in my room were poorly installed. They did not fully cover the window, so that even when fully pulled, you could see outside the window when in bed. They needed to install an L bend in the curtains to fully cover the window, or put the bed in a different part of the room. I was able to find a solution the second night by using the ironing board to push the curtains into the window, but this hurt them in the ratings. Read less

Hotel is a little dated but not bad. The front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard for hotel breakfast but adequate. Very accommodating. This is a great stay if you are going to Zion NP.

For the price we paid I’d think we were going to be alright, but the customer service was crappy as well our key cards didn’t even work half the time for our room! If you stay there you would think it was some ran down motel!! Even the carpet in our room was torn and obviously not vacuumed very well, the floor on the bathroom was not even fully cleaned!! We will never go here again!!! I highly recommend not going here!!! Even a super 8 would be better!!!! Read less

Awful. It is an Inn no quality. Seriously disgusting. The bed sheets smelled like mold and mildew as did the room. The shower had hair everywhere. The AC works and that’s the only reason why 1 star. Spend the extra money to get something clean and comfortable. Not even for the low rate is it worth it. Yes we complained the front desk guy came into… Read more
