This place is ran down!! The rooms needs to be updated, beds were like sleeping on a padded flat board, the breakfast was complimentary, but with that said it was a choice of waffles or cereal or toast. For the price we paid I’d think we were going to be alright, but the customer service was crappy as well our key cards didn’t even work half the time for our room! If you stay there you would think it was some ran down motel!! Even the carpet in our room was torn and obviously not vacuumed very well, the floor on the bathroom was not even fully cleaned!! We will never go here again!!! I highly recommend not going here!!! Even a super 8 would be better!!!! Read less

Awful. It is an Inn no quality. Seriously disgusting. The bed sheets smelled like mold and mildew as did the room. The shower had hair everywhere. The AC works and that’s the only reason why 1 star. Spend the extra money to get something clean and comfortable. Not even for the low rate is it worth it. Yes we complained the front desk guy came into the room and said it was fine and only suggestion was to use air freshener. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here! Read less

- Made the unfortunate mistake of booking an express deal with Priceline and ended up with this hotel- DO NOT stay here; walking in the hotel is dingy and dirty, there was garbage on the stairs leading up to the rooms and the carpets and floors are dirty. We were asked for our credit card but weren’t told what for (anywhere else I’ve stayed this information is freely given when asking for the card); when I asked I was told incidentals but needed to continue to inquire as to what charges or holds would be on my card (again information that is usually provided when asking for the card). The hallways leading to the room were covered in unknown substances and splatters (see photos). Upon arriving to the room I did my usual check of pillows/bedding/furniture for any signs of bugs/uncleanliness. The bathroom was relatively clean, a few stray hairs, the shower head had significant build up on it. The pillows were stained yellow (appeared to be drool/sweat stains) and there were no pillow protectors only a thin pillow case (see below). There was a blood stain on one comforter and the other comforter in the room looked very dingy with dirty corners, and there were several other stains/marks on the comforter. We asked to see another room, the second room had an odd smell (mold? Smoke?) to it and also had 3/4 pillows that were yellow and stained. The shower in this room and the tub looked a little dirty (see photos). I didn’t feel comfortable staying there so informed the front desk attendant we would be leaving and wanted to check out. He told us there was nothing we needed to do for checkout but if we wanted a refund to call the managaer at 9 AM the next day. I called choice hotels to report the conditions of the hotel and was informed that we were still checked in at the hotel; despite having left and telling the man at the front desk we weren’t staying there and were checking out. I called the hotel and spoke to someone different that we had interacted with at the hotel previously and was told he couldn’t check me out. I asked why and he said only the Manager can check us out. I asked if the manager was there or worked 24/7 if no one else has the authority to check people out and he said no. I have NEVER in my life been to a hotel/motel/inn where ONLY the manager can check you out. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and condescending as though these are normal hotel business practices. The reviews that state the staff are friendly and the facilities are clean are either plants or have extremely low standards. While I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel given the price, I was expecting basic cleanliness and normal hotel practices to be observed. We returned in the morning to speak to the manager and he told us he would look at the room before determining if he would give us a refund. He looked at the room and our pictures and said that he didn’t think anything was wrong with the room and that our expectations were to high. We explained that our expectations were to have a clean room that didn’t smell. He cited that they showed us a second room and when we told him that room smelled and was also not clean and he refused to check that room with us and just told us he would not accept our request for a refund. We asked him under what circumstances he would provide a refund and he would not answer and told us again that our expectations for a hotel were too high and that the yellow stains on the pillows and stains on the comforter were acceptable. Everything was fine. This is a solid budget hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, A/C worked fine. Didn't bother with breakfast; I always skip that at hotels like this. For those who express disappointment with the breakfast, keep in mind that there is a reason the hotel rate is as low as it is. If you want a nice breakfast, then shell out more money to stay at a ritzier hotel. Read less
