Very nice clean facility, however I do find it ridiculous you have to pay $52 to park your car there after paying $236 for one night that’s a little excessive. All in all it was my first time staying in a ritzy hotel & I felt price gouged being my first visit to DC didn’t know what to expect also the rooms should definitely have small… Read more

My son loved the “fancy” lobby and the pool, but he’s eight. 😁 He was very impressed with the four stars. We both enjoyed the pool and lobby. It would have been nice to have had a continental breakfast included, but there was at least a coffee maker in the room. A mini-fridge would also have been nice.

The staff was extremely kind. I asked to check in very early and I was immediately accommodated. The only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room. Loved the view from the tenth floor. We will definitely come back.

I’m amazed by the sheer number of people not wearing masks in the lobby, hallways, and elevators. The manager was right there and didn’t say anything. There were boxes of cigarettes and used tissues in the elevator, clothes in the hallway, and trash thrown on the floor. My room was clean and because of the lack of adherence to dc mask and health… Read more

I’ve read some horror stories about hotel stays recently, but my stay at this hotel didn’t qualify. The room was in good condition, other than the clock not working. It was clean, and stocked with expected toiletries. My only complaint is about the newly instituted food and beverage credit option for Honors members. The $15 credit didn’t even get… Read more
I’ve read some horror stories about hotel stays recently, but my stay at this hotel didn’t qualify. The room was in good condition, other than the clock not working. It was clean, and stocked with expected toiletries. My only complaint is about the newly instituted food and beverage credit option for Honors members. The $15 credit didn’t even get me a breakfast sandwich and coffee at the lobby coffee shop - the only breakfast dining option available in the hotel on a Friday morning. Hilton will lose my business when I start traveling for business again by continuing that policy. Read less
