Visited for businesses, and I do not have had any bad experience in this couple days being here. Awesome place, staff members are friendly, helpful and respectful. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, coffee shop by Starbucks amazing and bars as well! Highly recommended so far! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice mattress, nice pillow, AC only one vent, lowest setting was 65 and air flow does not reach the bed. Room was a shoe-box (but I was really only using for a bed, I am sure they have nicer rooms), Long long hallway walk from elevator (clocked at a full minute to my room, same with ice). Breakfast buffet $35 but very good, Dinner adequate, but… Read more

Ok I know I am from a fly over state but $17 for a small bowl of lettuce in the coffee shop, with Parmesan and Cesar dressing is INSANE! Also airplane bottle of liquor is $22. So overall pros and cons. Hotel very very clean, wish there was more dinner choices. Hours on food service excellent. Coffee excellent. Read less

I'll start with the good points first. Hotel is in a good location with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from within walking distance - great if you've been out exploring the city all day and don't want to venture far at night. Only about 10 mins walk to local metro station so a really good base. Room was a good size and did get an upgrade with being a diamond member. Room was also clean, bedding towels etc changed every day - room attendants very good, pleasant, friendly. Outdoor pool area was good, plenty of sunbeds available etc, only downside was the outdoor bar was closed so if you wanted something to eat or drink you had to go back into the hotel. Now for the negative. As a diamond member you usually get breakfast and access to the executive lounge. However this was not the case at this Hilton - no breakfast and as with many Hilton Hotels these days they closed the lounge during covid and never re-opened it. Instead of breakfast we got $18 credit each which didn't even cover a continental breakfast which was $25 never mind a full breakfast which as $35 - on top of these prices you also had to pay tax and service charge so the $18 was a joke. As there was no lounge we were given $25 room credit - this didn't go very far either as a glass of wine was $15+ and a beer $10+ so taking into account tax and service charge. Again this $25 was an insult. The waiters and bar staff, with the exception of one or two, were all very rude and lacking in customer service. We had numerous issues with the bar staff in McClellan's Sports Bar and the breakfast room as well as dirty cutlery, plates and glasses. Virtually every time we tried to use our credits there was an issue. I will say that a few (only a few) members of the management team however were helpful. The hotel is also part of a conference centre and does hold a lot of events. During our stay there were an number of events and gala dinners etc - during these events for some unknown reason the hotel decided to keep the Sidebar Bar closed so there was only McClellan's Sports Bar open. It was a complete nightmare - you could not get near the bar to get served; it was severely overcrowded and was definitely a health and safety issue re fire regulations. As a resident we could not get anywhere near the bar or get served. On check out our bill was wrong, we had been overcharged,. They expected us to check out and they would sort it out later. Obviously we did not do this and even though they pulled their faces and moaned we did managed to check out. Sadly over the years we have seen a decline in Hilton's standards especially the Hilton class hotels. We seem to be having better value, service, etc staying in Hampton Inns where you get a free breakfast and unlimited tea, coffee, water etc throughout the day. Diamond members are also getting less and less for their loyalty - there is so much competition these days that it is making is now look at alternative brands. Read less

1 star. We are not a couple that expects the most luxurious place or anything but we do appreciate when you we get what we pay for. The price of this hotel was just not worth it. When we checked in the staff was just confusing and I did not know what they were saying…they sort of just said the hotel charges 25 dollars. day.. that’s a fee.. and I was like what are you taking about ..can you elaborate .. and it took like 5 minutes of awkward conversation and me asking more questions ( and i still don’t understand how it works) ….Basically they seemed they had no real job training. Also- When I checked in I gave them the last name and such and was hoping they would say “ of course we have you booked in room number”…but they didn’t …they asked if I had a credit card for the room and if I wanted lower or upper… and I was like …what? I had booked the room a week prior and had noted we were celebrating our engagement which the hotel wrote back they “ would accommodate with no extra charge.” So I was expecting something but nothing happened.I guess I assumed when I went to check in the people at the front desk would say.. “welcome ( name) excited to have your spend your engagement with us.” Not.. can we get your credit card (for insurance) and we are going to charge your more money… anyways. the pillows are terrible- bring your own. seriously. they are like feather or something that just fold down to nothing. room has no mini fridge. water in the store is super expensive. The beds sort of too soft. the tv is like old school direct tv so legit have no good channels. The room service you need to call twice before someone picks up and when we went to order they had not updated the menu so everything we went to order (except for dessert they did not have). the pros? the room does get dark …which I like to sleep. The breakfast staff is really nice . we had to stay here because it was close to family- otherwise… keep looking. Basically hilton corp is just taking advantage of the name but compared to other pleases in their name across country this place is not the same caliber. The food at the tavern place was good ( at least the burger we had) and it was easy to get a cab. Read less

First had some issues at checking where I used the app to check in and get an electronic key. This was at 10ish in the AM had to message the hotel well after 5 to get a key. Second thing the bell desk charges a dollar $1 to look after your bag.. seriously… $1!!! Told me it was some kind of union BS. In my mind the states it’s a “full service”… Read more

In my mind the states it’s a “full service” hotel.. and who carries cash.. that was just stupid. The elevators at really sketchy. Has one that kept blanking out the floors.. couple missed theirs and finally just got off. The hallways are dark and the room doors are flush with the wall.. kinda strange..
