Excellent customer service, great location, clean and quiet. Ate at restaurant and the food there was out of this world with portions for two. Concierge was great, staff were very accommodating and went out of there way to answer any of my questions. Will definitely be back next time I am in DC

Not worth the astronomical amount of money they charge. The homeless people outside are very aggressive and the doorman or security don’t do anything. I witnessed a homeless man come on to hotel property and shoot snot out of his nose into the back of a woman who was a guest.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. The location was excellent and the food great. My major disappointment was that the hotel is extremely dated and in desperate need of modernization. The carpet is old and musty and the mold irritated my sinuses. The security in the elevator needs attention.
