VERY VERY VERY sweet and helpful staff. I really enjoyed that aspect of the stay. However, the beds/sheets could be nicer. I didn't sleep well, which significantly impacted my experience. It would also be nice if there was more than the one dining venue.

Hotel was wonderful and provided a great MAL experience. Only issue was with the room card/lock system. Staff was friendly and very accepting considering the nature of the event. They provided a very welcoming environment

Still a top pick, but service can improve in some areas. A preferred hotel for me in the area. Unloading/Loading area can get congested at times. Favorite server in Lounge is Wilson. He always has a smile on his face and is welcoming. The server that assisted me one evening didn’t check up on her tables often and sat with empty drinks.

I was here for a major conference that has been going on for over 40 years (not always at this property). The staff and management always make you feel welcome and will answer any questions and handle any problem without a question. Looking forward to next year!!

I would stay here again if for no the reason but for the 65" tv in the rooms. This has been my 3rd or 4th time and I think this was the best. The bed could've been a little better to me(similar to the beds at Holiday Inn Express- the best beds outside of The Four Seasons).
