He ensured I was offered a warm cookie, water, and recognized me as a Diamond Hilton Honors Member. Great experience with customer service during check in. Jordan was extremely helpful in completing the process very efficiently. The hotel was very busy and Jordan did a great job of keeping everyone informed as he worked with each guest. I always enjoy staying here.
