Denise, Tsion, and Gabby made this trip wonderful. They were all incredibly pleasant while assisting me at the front desk and I appreciated their kindness. This hotel was amazing, the rooms were very clean and the beds and pillow were soft and comfortable! Rooms do not have a microwave but I did see a microwave near the Starbucks for hotel guest… Read more

Great staff all around, many friendly smiles and people willing to help guide you around this large property. I will be back when in DC! There was also a gentleman working (whom I never got to encounter, he wore glasses and had light brown hair) I could also see how much he cared about the guest and finding the best solutions, even when I could hear and see how unpleasant some guest/crew members were about things fully out of his control, he was a champ! The service is great!! Jordan checked me in and treated me well. The room is clean and comfie. Breakfast is above average. Great location in Crystal City very near the Pentagon. Plenty of close restaurants. They have a Skydome restaurant, but you should make reservations.

Hello Mr. Hill, GM Today (Tuesday 4/2) we had terrible Hotel shuttle service!! :( As hotel guests, we were there (with other airlines crew) at 450am to take the shuttle to the airport. The driver boarded Airlines crew 1st -understandable (as usual were a lot of airlines crew on 5am) so the driver told us: “the 5am shuttle is full , you have to wait the next shuttle bus!!” The next shuttle time doesn’t leave until 20 min. later, we all have early flight 6am. The driver name is HAMID, he was loud & rude toward us. As expected all 5am shuttle had a lot of crew, SO every morning the driver staff should anticipated a 2nd shuttle be ready same time as 5am to accommodated other guests& crew! In addition, we have witnessed in the past that the customers bring their luggages all the way to the back the shuttle for the drivers ( his name is ISRAEL) to load but the drivers expected a big tip for off loading the luggages. When the customers did not give the drivers any tip; The drivers had an attitude snd even said “You’re cheap.” Tipping is optional for doing a good job. This need to stop. Sincerely, Read less

The receptionist, Jordan, was informative, friendly, and efficient. Rooms are good for the government rate, clean and spacious. The hotel has standard amenities, and it's well-located with walkable restaurants and a Whole Foods nearby.
