Before the pandemic, as Diamond members, we stayed here several times a year and although at times, the hotel needed work, it was still ok. This times, possibly due to Covid, there was no staff to help us take our luggage upstairs. They just supplied carts for guests. Once we got our luggage up, a short time later we realized the ac wasn’t working. We called the desk and they sent someone up with room keys to a new room. Again, no help moving all our stuff, after we had unpacked some of it. Now, In the next room, we realize, although the ac is somewhat better, it is not great, but we will need to spend the night. We might need to find another hotel tomorrow. I understand hotels are short staffed and I understand the reasons for not serving breakfast, but I don’t understand not doing basic maintenance like fixing the air conditioning. Read less

Coming to this hotel was a mistake. We meant to book a hotel that was closer to our venue. This hotel at the time, had broken elevators and the AC and cable was faulty at best. Finding a parking space was a pain in the rear end. One time I took the steps and they were a complete mess littered with roaches.

Also the front desk explained how we used they key card for in and out privileges but he talked fast and I missed it. We ended up paying and later I figured it out. I wished… Read more

The carpet was in dire need of cleaning. My two year olds feet were black from dirt in under twenty minutes of walking in the room.after nine hours of driving, we were forced to deal with nasty feet or not take our shoes off.

A terrible first impression when we entered the room. We were eventually offered a different room. But, this soured our stay with a baby and a toddler while trying to watch the Independence Day fireworks.
