I tend towards a conservative review of property and personnel. But I must go beyond complimenting managers Daniel, Marion and concierge Cameron. Their dedication to excellence, their unhesitating provision of actions that turned an potential sad day for my daughters into absolute delight and happiness earn ten stars, not five. Not enough. They also earned the unending appreciation and forever “ I’m going to the Fairmont” loyalty of an over-traveled working Dad. Hello Fairmont- make sure they have a “never traded” clause in their employment with you. Bob Read less

Opal --concierge--and the entire staff of Gold Floor are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The lounge is terrific to relax in and the snacks/ breakfast are worth the extra $$$ to me. Newspapers, free water, etc
