Don’t be fooled this is NOT a five star hotel regardless to what the price. We rented a corner suite room for three nights and complained upon arrival that the toilet was broken and would not stop running water after each flush. Don’t be fooled this is NOT a five star hotel regardless to what the price. We rented a corner suite room for three nights and complained upon arrival that the toilet was broken and would not stop running water after each flush. We asked for a new room but the request rejected. The furnishings were damaged, chipping paint, and the room service coffee cold (probably from the ancient carafe as pictured). Four star hotel at best. MetLife who owns this facility is NOT a hospitality company and it shows. Read less

My experience was amazing. It is located in the heart of Georgetown. Well appointed. Stylish. Comfy pillows. The workout club was nice. The hotel hosted a conference, and the staff was extremely responsive. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Was treated very well by everyone that worked at this facility. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The only complaint is that the swimming pool closes early and the food prices at Juniper are a bit high. We will definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay! Lovely hotel, great location, good food, friendly staff, and a comfortable room! What more could one ask for? Oh, and the runners' station with cold water and towels after my early morning run was such a lovely surprise!!
