Loved staying here - best perk for me was that there is a CrossFit gym in the hotel itself! I got a fantastic workout in the mornings before all day work meetings which was so helpful. Comfortable and elegant hotel on the edge of Georgetown. We walked everywhere and had space to work for a few days as well as enjoy sightseeing and our family who lives in Washington. This was our 3rd stay at the hotel and we will definitely be back. Comfortable room/suite, quiet, large and terrific service from everyone.

The hotel is in a great spot and is beautiful!! My issue is with the service. Due to them selling the restaurant to an event - we were forced to eat breakfast in the lobby. Service was terrible, grumpy and slow. That evening, they closed the beautiful outside area because they sold another event. Bummer for us. We got drinks in the hotel bar and they were painfully slow. They need to fix there food and beverage areas and not close entire areas of the hotel at the exclusion of the balance of your guests. We went for the Thanksgiving Buffet. We did not feel packed in like sardines as the restaurant was very well laid out. The food and service was outstanding. It may become a new tradition for us. We would definitely do it again.

This is where we stayed at here in Washington DC. The room is very very pretty, however we did notice some flaws with housekeeping. As we checked in we saw some of the stuff from the previous guest they left including a wall charger. Housekeeping needs to be ashamed of this.
