Very nice hotel. The staff were very accommodating, particularly Rafika, who helped us check in, got our car whenever we needed, and—with her warmth, friendliness and enthusiasm—made our stay a delight. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay, we stayed here for one night and the staff were there anytime we needed them and Mohammed was very helpful! They even let us keep our luggage at the front desk for hours! Thank you for a great service will stay here again!

Came into Georgetown for a quick weekend getaway. Enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our concierge helped with a restaurant recommendation and reservations (which were fantastic). Our valet “Mohammed” was incredibly nice, friendly and helpful with our car and bags.

I have stayed at the Melrose in DC many times while visiting my daughter in college. The staff is so wonderful especially Lelise! She always goes out of her way to ensure we have a wonderful stay! She is a true gem! She is the reason we return time and time again.

The hotel is a very nice place to stay, conveniently located both for business and tourism. Very nice lobby area. Spacious room, well designed and with a very good bed. We bought breakfast at the nearby Whole Food Market and used the first-class coffee machine in the room. Doorman Mohammed provided excellent service when we left
