All with air-conditioning, 37” flat-screen cable TV with premium channels, WiFi internet access*, tea/coffee making facilities, clock radio, mini-bar*, fridge, marble bathroom, hairdryer and iron and board. Double Rooms have 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe King Rooms have 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Executive King Suites are 600 sq ft and have a separate living room, dining table for four, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Jardenea (farm-to-fork cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner). The Lounge (Martinis, cocktails, wine list, sharing plates and cheese boards). We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were there for 3 nights during the Thanksgiving weekend. Upon arrival, our room was quite hot, so I turned on the AC but this didn't do much. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were there for 3 nights during the Thanksgiving weekend. Upon arrival, our room was quite hot, so I turned on the AC but this didn't do much. The staff then informed me that the hotel can only run heat in the whole building, or AC in the whole building. This being November, they had the heat going obviously. Best advise was to turn off the HVAC in the room, and open the window until the desired temperature was reached. This worked perfectly. The room was huge, the bed was super comfortable, and most important of all: it was quiet at night! The shower had great water pressure and was very hot. The carpet did look a bit old and not that clean, but it didn't ruin our mood. Location was excellent: walking distance to all the restaurants in Georgetown, 5 minutes to the Metro and 5 minutes to Whole Foods. We didn't use any of the hotel amenities, so I can't speak to those. But for $150 per night (taxes and fees includes) this was superb. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommended. Great hotel and perfect for my husband and I and adult daughter. We stayed over Thanksgiving (2023) in the executive suite. She had the big den/pullout couch area and we had our own private bedroom. The bathroom was large enough for my daughter and I to get ready together (makeup, hair, etc.). The hotel had free coffee in the lobby every morning, a nice restaurant (breakfast was delicious) and a full bar. Simone made the best Old Fashioned ever! She is quite the mixologist! There is a convenient small market next door and it is just a quick walk into Georgetown for shopping and dining. We will be back! Read less

Such a fabulous stay! Had great service and support throughout from Aaliyah! She checked in and made sure the entire visit went really smoothly, helping me extend my stay. Highly recommend! Great hotel and friendliest people!

Leslie, James, Kai, Sam, Stephanie and all the staff where all very caring and helpful. I also really like the SMS to check on guest from time to time. The room was clean and very confortable. The stay at Melrose hôtel was lovely

Had an amazing experience and stay with Melrose. The staff was extremely helpful and went extra mile in making our stay pleasant. Shoutout to Lelise, Stephanie and Kai for the great checkin and checkout experience. Lelise guided us throughout our stay with places to visit, eat out places and things to avoid.
