Really wonderful stay! Our room was fantastic, clean and comfortable. As a not great sleeper most of the time, I slept really well and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! Lelise in particular was so kind and helpful as we checked in late at night and even helped us get a late check out which was so appreciated!

Stayed overnight taking part in a research study. Had a little trouble with the university authorizing payment, but Stephanie, Lelise, and Lizbeth made sure everything worked out and that I was taken care of. Way nicer than the hotels I'm used to.

This is the 3d time here for me. The location is perfect, You can easily walk to Georgetown or to the White House. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is good and the staff very nice, Special mention to Lelise, who was very kind to help me to change my reservation. I will definitely come back again!

My Valet driver was K’Lah Bacon and she was amazing. She played with my kids while I unloaded the truck she then helped us to our room and took great care of our car. The young lady Lelise was a great help with check in. I would highly request for those two young ladies again.

Lovely comfortable hotel very good position for tourists managed to find all the places to go easily . Reception staff very helpful and obliging . Unfortunate we choose the Nato summit time to visit this lovely city which caused us a few holds ups but not the hotels fault .
