Clean room the best concierge, Tony Brown!!! Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was first class!
Conveniently located and easy to get taxis. We found that taxis were cheaper than Uber or Lyft. Room service was fast but expensive. Overall a 10!

Sabrina is the best hotel manager you are likely to meet. I was 6000 miles away from home and had a major issue with my reservation which Sabrina fixed effortlessly! Other points to mention, great bar area, nice spacious rooms and walking distance to many tourist hotspots.

Wke loved everything about our stay. Luggage hold, happy and pleasant staff, clean room, location/proximity to Metro and monuments/sights, lots of restaurants near, comfortable bed. We traveled with a baby and there was enough room for his bed within the room. Mini fridge in room. Microwave was near the vending. Check in/out was easy.

Checkin was easy, we got a room right outside the elevator on the 10th floor. No issues with being close to the elevators, good soundproofing in the room. Room itself was clean and tidy, equipped with two double beds for our party, enough storage space and a good bathroom. Minibar in the room as well as a mini fridge in which we kept our own drinks. This was more like a freezer though and everything we put in there froze, couldn't turn it down either. Housekeeping was good, daily cleaning and replenishment of coffee supplies. Reception area was clean, checkout a breeze and they kept our bags for six hours whilst we made the most of our last day before the flight home.
