I think hospitality missed this entire hotel and staff. Everyone was as unprofessional as it gets. the rooms were tiny and smelled, the managers were hostile and unfriendly. the location is fine but there are a lot of hotels to stay in, aviod this one.

We stayed here for six nights and really enjoyed our time here. Loved the décor and the staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions. Room was a decent size and the location made it so easy to get around Washington.

Our room was supposed to be one of the bigger ones, but this being a city hotel, it was still very small and our view looked out on a restaurant terrace, meaning we couldn’t keep the blinds open. We liked the complimentary shoe shine and that they supplied robes (only one was in the room and we requested a second, which arrived promptly). I think for the price (we paid around $450 all together) I might expect a bit more of a luxury feel but I really had no specific complaints. Read less

Friendly and helpful staff, great cocktail bar and Italian restaurant with a pizza oven. Special mention of concierge Tony, who helped us out in several ways which made our stay stress-free. Decor of room a little old-fashioned but that suited us fine.
