However, the valet/bellhop was completely overwhelmed so we had to wait over 30 minutes till he was able to park our car. We expected an amex upgrade but the hotel was overwhelmed, and they said they cant upgrade.. Unfortunately our 2 queen room does not really fit 4 people, but I get it. They are full!l What i dont get is the restaurants behavior to us. Yesterday I went for a drink and they told me to sit down on the chairs as I had kids with me. I sat for forty minutes with no service. I tried again today and again they refused to serve us. We were sitting quietly just waiting yet they saw the kids and refused service. So offensive and so apathetic. Never have I received such offensive service anywhere!!!!! Read less

Went to Hotel Zena on International Women's Day at found myself at the loveliest women's event. The minute I stepped inside the team was very welcoming, and let me know of their Bar's operating hours. When I got to my room, I fell in love. Such great art. Every moment spent was empowering.

Located just a few blocks from the Metro and allot of dining options on 14th Street. Staff are very accommodating. Great views from the rooftop for happy hour. CVS and WAWA across the street for last minute forgotten items. Read signs for Street parking. Hotel has overnight parking for $50.

Wonderfully designed and staffed by great hospitality. I had the pleasure of staying a week ago and was greeted by Latisha and Naomi who told me about the hotel and the other locations you have. I was more than impressed by their knowledge of the art and the location. I will for sure be coming back on my next stay in the area! Read less
