We had one unfortunate situation which did disappoint: there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, though there is a sign saying that you can get complimentary from the cafe downstairs upon showing your room fob …one night I tried to get a cup of tea & the cafe was closed. When I asked at reception if I could have a cup of tea, I was told that a coffee machine would be delivered to my room at a charge of $25!!! A member of staff called Tomas was being rather indignant that there was no other way for me to get a cup of tea …until I asked his name, when suddenly he became willing to bring a cup to my room. In the end I did without but the whole experience left a rather bad taste in my mouth (which obviously was not tea!) Read less

I chose to stay in for dinner and I’m so glad I did because I got to meet Abdul. He was simply awesome and incredibly kind. He made me feel like I was his only customer. The exercise room is a good size and has a nice variety of equipment. The mats in the exercise room (for floor exercises) were in bad shape, but there was enough other equipment to avoid them. Chef David was the absolut best! We will be back to visit him for sure! Great food drink and atmosphere. I had the Chilean Sea Bass which was excellent! My husband had the NY Strip which was cooked to perfection. Highlight of the night was Chef David.

My Partner and I stayed in this money grubber and here's a list of reasons why we will never return or recommend this scam of a hotel. 1.) The "wifi" is about as good as dial-up. 2.) We couldn't use the refrigerator because we would be charged for moving the items stored, that we did not want or need, as we don't drink. 3.) The remote has clear… Read more

The remote has clear instructions for streaming and it isn't an available feature. 4.) $70 + for valet (considering I'm on number 4, why charge so much with basically no valuable amenities to non drinking guests) 5.) A government/military official being threatened a charge for early cancelation due to orders changing is BOGUS. 6.) The shower utilities did not work and we were unable to unscrew them to use it manually. This is a Marriott hotel, the company should consider de-flagging because this is no where near close to brand standard. Read less
