Staff was phenomenal, especially Abdul who graciously waited on us in the hotel bar/lounge - Lady Madison. Hotel rooms were a bit dated and pillows need replacement. Location is great and looking forward to visiting again after the owners do a refresh. Again staff was exceptional.

Olivia was such a Joy! She made every part of our trip so enjoyable and comfortable. Her energy is the reason why my husband and I will return back to the Madison on our next trip. Also, the hotel is perfectly located. 10/10 recommend for first timers in DC

The staff member also assisted me with catching the full breakfast buffet before it ended. We had a great time at the Madison. The lobby bar service by Abdul and food by Chef David was outstanding. Great spot for a quick bite and delicious drinks. Will be back!
