Address Beach Resort is located in Jumeirah Beach Residence, nestled in the heart of The Beach, close to waterfront leisure, dining destinations, retail outlets and entertainment. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: approximately 30 minutes.

Deluxe Sea View Rooms are spacious, with views of the infinite ocean and iconic Ain Dubai. With 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child. 

Deluxe Sea View Room with Balcony, with your own private balcony to enjoy the stunning views. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child. 

Junior Sea View Suite with Balcony with a private balcony overlooking the Arabian Gulf. With 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults. 

Executive Sea View Suites with Balcony are spacious, larger suites with your own private balcony overlooking the Arabian Gulf, and complimentary breakfast, as well as VIP welcome amenities and happy hour at Li’ Brasil (selected house beverages only, restricted to the bar area from 5pm to 7pm). With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults.

The Restaurant (extensive assortment of cuisine and signature dishes, across a variety of dining spaces). Li’ Brasil (indoor and outdoor cocktail bar and lounge, and restaurant serving Lebanese and Brazilian cuisine). The Beach Grill (relaxed outdoor bar serving fresh, tender grills). Lobby Lounge (offering light snacks and refreshments). Zeta Seventy Seven (located on level 77, with breath-taking views and an Asian inspired menu). Room service is available as per the a la carte menu, and is chargeable upon consumption.

Infinity pool (one of the tallest in the world). Further pools include the Adult Pool, Family Pool and Kids SplashPad. The Spa at Address (the highest spa in Dubai, with panoramic views from all treatment rooms and a range of treatments). 24-hour fitness centre. QIX Club (kids club with a range of stimulating activities, open 9am-9pm).

Always a pleasure to stay in this hotel after several vacations, especially this time with the meeting of 3 Beth Bruce and Thiru at breakfast. They always had a thought for us, especially our child. We will certainly be back thanks to you Thanks for everything I won't forget

We had a room with ocean view and balcony. They have plenty Restaurants to choose from. 3 pools at the ground floor and an adult only pool on the roof at the 77th floor. You just can't describe the view. You have to experience it. Other than most Hotels this pool is not open to the public and it's therefore not crowded at all. The second time we had a thunderstorm in Dubai after many years of vacations. Due to the heavy rain we had water cuming from the ceiling. As soon as the technician saw the drops everything was prepared for a room change 30 Minutes later and we got an upgrade to a suite for the inconvenience. We celebrate my wife's birthday and you can see on the picture what they did for this day. Thanks again for the wonderful time to all the staff. See you soon. Read less

We stayed in May for 4 nights and honestly this is the best hotel ever. We cannot fault anything. The deluxe sea view room was worth the extra as the views are spectacular. The food was 5 star and I cannot say enough about the staff, particularly Lita at breakfast who looked after us every morning with the best smile. Nothing is too much here.… Read more

Every single member of staff we met was simply delightful and so polite. We would highly recommend coming here. We had breakfast and ,again, nothing was too much bother to the staff. From the eggs done however you want them to the pastry section it was just wow! There are numerous pools and restaurants so you are spoilt for choice. The infinity pool on the 77th floor is something else! Really peaceful with amazing views out to the Palm. Thank you Address Beach Resort for an amazing stay! Read less

We had a great time at the Adress‘ terasse for a breakfast with a beautiful view. Food was great and our waiter Ahsan was very professional and pleasant.
