The hotel

All studios and suites feature a balcony or terrace, air conditioning and ceiling fans, flat screen TV with US and international channels, laptop-size safe and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, sink and small appliances, iron and ironing board. Garden Studios feature views of the pool or garden, bathroom with shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.


All Inclusive: inclusive of all meals at any of the resort’s restaurants. Unlimited domestic and premium beverages at any of the resort's restaurants, bar and swim up pool bar. Deluxe Oceanfront Studios with views over Grace Bay. Feature a balcony or terrace and have 1 king-size bed, a kitchenette with small refrigerator and microwave and a bathroom with a shower. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.

One Bedroom Garden Suites feature garden or pool views, as well as a master bedroom with 1 king or 1 queen-size bed, flat screen TV and full en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The living room comes with a queen sleeper sofa, ½ bathroom and a second flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Oceanfront Suites feature ocean views facing Grace Bay, as well as a master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, flat screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The living room comes with a queen sleeper sofa and a second flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 4 people.

Deluxe One Bedroom Oceanfront Suites are renovated rooms in the Chelsea building with direct ocean views of Grace Bay from the balcony or terrace. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, flat-screen TV and full en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room also features a separate living area with a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps a maximum of 4 people. 

Two Bedroom Oceanview Suites feature balconies with partial ocean views, and views of the pool and gardens. The master bedroom comes with a king or queen-size bed, flat screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom offers a king or a queen bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom with separate tub and shower. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, ½ bathroom and a flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 6 people.

Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suites feature balconies or terraces with direct ocean views facing Grace Bay. The master bedroom comes with a king bed, flat screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom with tub and shower. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, ½ bathroom and a flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 6 people.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suites are renovated rooms in the Chelsea building with direct ocean views of Grace Bay from the balcony or terrace. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers 2 double beds and a bathroom with shower. The suite also features a separate living area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a small bathroom. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. 

Four Bedroom Oceanfront Penthouse Suites have expansive views over Grace Bay. There are two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, flat screen TV and full en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Two additional bedrooms each offering two twin beds that can be converted to king beds, flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower only. One large living room featuring 2 queen sleeper sofas, ½ bathroom and a flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 12 people.

Black Rock Grill (al fresco a la carte evening dining), Asú (casual buffet restaurant by the pool with indoor and outdoor seaing), Fish Deck (beachfront dining with a variety of fresh seafood and a la carte options), Dragon Orchid Sushi (a la carte serving sushi and Asian small plates, open for dinner), Food Truck Stop (consisting of 3 food trucks, offering cocktails and blended drinks. Tacos and Ceviche, and BBQ fare). Rumba Beach Bar, Swim-Up Pool Bar, and Coconut Bar. Use of restaurants and bars at sister resort, Blue Haven.

This was our first vacation since 2006. My husband was celebrating being in remission with Small Cell Carcinoma and I was celebrating life as I died during surgery on Christmas 2017 and was revived. This vacation met and exceeded all of our expectations. This resort is very beautiful and 99% of the employees are amazing! The 2 bedroom/2.5 bath suite we had was very nice! The master bedroom had it own thermostat and the patio extended from one bedroom to the other, with the living room in between. Our suite had very amazing views of the pool and ocean from our ocean view room in Prima Donna. The kitchen is a full kitchen with dishes and cookware. There is also a stackable washer/dryer. So bring dishwasher and laundry soap. There are a couple of employees which deserve a shout out. Majorie Munge was very friendly and helpful. She was always smiling and offered to take our family pictures at the Fish Deck and near the buffet too. Kimberly at the food trucks and buffet on Thursday evening was the BEST! Very professional, friendly, sweet and always willing to chat with us. She offered suggestions, especially on our first day there. She remembered us and what we preferred, including our drinks. She even hollered at us as we walked by at the pool, just to say hello. She also checked on us often to make sure we had drinks and always inquired if we needed anything else. She is a great asset to Alexandra Resort! We only had a couple of issues. One was with Steven at the buffet when he tried to make us go to Black Rock to eat when the buffet was full. He even told us to go to the bar and check back later. We refused and stated "we would wait for a table." The other issue was with the manager of the Excursion Desk not returning my request to call me regarding an excursion. I requested 2x with two different employees and even provided my name, room number and cell number. Thankfully, Adrian in the office corrected the situation. We ventured to Blue Haven for Fire and Ice for dinner one time. My family and I preferred Alexandra Resort and never felt a need to leave and go into town or other restaurants. Alexandra fulfilled all of our wants and needs easily. We plan to return in the near future. Read less

"Our experience with the transportation service was disappointing. The staff was rude, the vehicles were dirty, and they didn't pick us up at the requested time. We tried contacting them for hours before they finally answered. The cleanliness of the resort was below expectations. We encountered ants and dirty dishes everywhere. Despite requesting maid service for our room, nobody came. Eventually, we had to go to the front desk to get towels and linen and ended up cleaning the room ourselves. It seems like the resort is neglecting its maintenance and cleanliness standards. On a positive note, we visited the sister resort, and it was a stark contrast. The difference in quality made us feel like we were in a motel rather than a hotel. It's disappointing to see the decline in the standards of the resort." further marred by a prolonged electricity outage that lasted for more than 12 hours. This left us without any means to cool ourselves from the heat. Considering the inconvenience and discomfort caused, we believe that we should be compensated for the entire day. Read less

This is by far the best vacation I’ve been on! The water was unbelievably clear and the resort was great! Had a wonderful experience with each employee. Cheeky was great and really helped us to have an awesome experience. We will definitely be coming back!!
