Zaynah and the holiday assistance team were great from the start of our stay until we left.
They helped us with booking the specialty restaurants during our stay, provided us with daily updates on the activities at the hotel and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Stayed for 6 nights at this wonderful resort and wish it could have been longer. We had a 2 bedroom suite 3304 which was huge kept immaculately clean by the staff. A mention for all the incredible staff wouldn’t like to pick one as they were all excellent thank you to everyone there. The food in all the restaurants was first class the buffet restaurants and the ala carte my favourite was the the steakhouse but the Italian was marvellous as well. We went on honeymoon. the service is amazing staff all so helpful and friendly, we didn’t bring our kids but there is soo much to do here for kids and “are you a children person” must be a criteria to work here cause each staff member genuinely enjoyed the kids, they even had plastic cups bowls etc all for kids

From the adult side there were staff a plenty by the pool to top up your drinks, water etc, each restaurant was nicer than the last food wise ! Loads of choice in buffet and the wine was flowing !
There was music in each restaurant each night and they have late / sports bar that stays open till 2am
Literally something for everyone.
The lifeguards were so attentive at the pool and enjoyed the craic with guests too.
Fri had a DJ ans saxophone player by the pool with dancers it was a really nice touch and weekend vibes.
I needed pharmacy supplies and they ordered them and delivered to my room and texted me when they had been delivered.
We cleaning staff couldn’t do enough.
We had Perara as our cleaner and he was just so professional. There are so many other staff whose names I can’t remember but all deserve the recognition.
We hope to be back and next time as a family holiday.
