We were delighted with the employee Sunny, so positive, so good. At the island pizza bar his name was Sunny, very good.so resort was very clean and staff very friendly we meet chamil and chef nizar the restaurant and team was great thanks to sunsiyam Olhuveli

Island pizza food was taste ful and they sure provide intimate setting and good recommendation for dishes keeping in my our palette.Mr. Sunny specially was good host to us. As a couple if you are looking good setting it is one of many options.

The water villa was just STUNNING! Appu looked after us ensuring every morning and evening we had everything we needed. What a wonderful wonderful member of your team she is. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she really cared about ensuring the service we received was the best she could give. The sunset restaurant was excellent. The food is of really high quality. Sadly the restaurant on dream island is currently closed for refurbishment which means Sunrise can get very busy. The restaurant staff were all excellent. We did just have one night where it was very busy and we had to ask for water 3 times. It was an oversight during a very busy evening and all other meal times were excellent. The only thing I would change is to ask for guests to be more considerate of the staff. I witnessed some very rude guests which was uncalled for. Praise to the staff for dealing with this but it was sad to see. Have respect for the staff please. The pool bars do need more staff, getting drinks service could be very slow due to the capacity of guests and not enough waiting on staff. We were happy to go to the bar but others guests aren’t and once again it leads to guests being quite demanding. Your dream island bar….. not great as it’s next to the restaurant currently being refurbished and we had to listen to the building work. We only went once and headed back to the main island pool bar, it probably explains why sunrise bar and pool were very busy. You also ran out of towels one day which meant there was a significant delay. In the end off I went and got towels from the adult bar. Once again I don’t mind doing this but others would be less forgiving. The all inclusive package is worth it and I would highly recommend up grading. Drinks are very very expensive. The spa is amazing and surprisingly reasonably priced. The experience at the spa is outstandingly good. Would highly recommend. Your watersport and excursion prices are day light robbery. We have travelled the world and your prices are extortionate. If you are a family of 3 or 4 with children you are looking at circa $900 for a snorkelling experience. Thankfully due to being all inclusive we had non motorised water sports included. It only includes paddle boards, kayaks and you can hire the pedalo the latter isn’t promoted. Otherwise it is $30 per person for an hour, once again this starts to add up when you are a family and children want to do it more than once. So take my advice come all inclusive it will save you money. We didn’t eat at the other restaurants mainly because once again the costs. The resort is beautiful but you are in danger of pricing yourselves out of the family market and there were a lot of families here. It is great that you offer an electric shuttle service to take you from one side of the island to the other. It isn’t far you can walk but my biggest frustration was the volume of traffic on the pathway. Monday was like rush hour on the M25. We spent the walk dodging buses, bikes, scooters and building traffic. Not really the serene paradise experience guests are expecting. Would we come again? Sadly no, due to the costs of activities whilst here. As a family we needed more affordable activities. However beautiful island with some really good staff. Could be much better though. Read less

We were really satisfied with all services: from room service , housekeeping , lobby coffee shop, and reception staffs. I would like to highlight the excellent Housekeeping service. We really appreciate the attention to the details from the Housekeeping teams specially our villa attendant “MAHI” . She accomodate us well and is a professional.

Everything is really , really good! Top Service in Restaurant from Juma, Samah, Vitali and Priscilla and in the room from Sukma. We where wll guarded by Sarah on our snorchling tour and really surprised by a management party with free cocktails where all the Managers where seeking feeback from the guests. Top ressort !!!!
