We travelled with our autistic son and the hotel accomodated him very well, understanding his needs .All staff were friendly and if they could help in any way they would. Housekeeping very good. Lots of returning guests which tells you how much they liked it there. The pictures of the hotel are probably dated from when it was first opened because alot of the funiture outside etc isnt the same now, saying that I heard the hotel is due for a refurb in February 25. Hopefully it retains its relaxing vibe, Would I stay here again? Yes it was a pleasure to visit Turtle Beach Hotel and all the lovely people that are so polite and lovely to be around. Looking forward to a return visit in the future. Read less

The location is to die for, walking out of the pool and taking ten steps on to a beach paradise is heaven. We enjoyed the catamaran tour from the hotel and beach football was a winner with the boys! We went swimming with turtles and on the shipwreck tour and the diving was incredible. We stayed for 10 days and although the food was always lovely it got a little bit samey in the buffet, although the barbeque on the beach was a highlight! They looked after a member of our party who is gluten free really well, they were attentive and careful and even baked us a GF cake on our departure! The sea was quite wavey while we stayed, but we really enjoyed bobbing in the waves and spent the time between the pool and the sea. It was great for families. Read less

The gym is a good size and has good selection of equipment and free weights. The food options were varied and it was nice to have different food choices daily. The ice cream and coffee shop are a great edition to the all inclusive package. The daily broadwalk themes were great, just wish they were longer than a hour. There was always enough room around the pool, probably as many used the beach. The kids club is probably the best I’ve used. Sonia, Sherron, Clair, Sherrie, Sarah and Juliette are a great team. They offered great activities daily for children and were very friendly and helpful. I really hope they take care of the staff when they close for refurbishment. I look forward to visiting again when they reopen, Read less

We have been coming to Turtle Beach since 2009. This year I invited my sister her daughter and her daughter to join us. At the end of the stay, they all wanted to return in December as the best holiday ever. Service and friendliness of staff has always been one of the main reasons we return year after year. Standouts this trip were Elizabeth and Riccardo on bar brilliant under pressure when the rain came and everyone sought shelter at the Bar . Supervisors Wade and Jacqueline could not do enough for you. Herm and Nigel always make things happen for you.Renaldo gave us two great Hobie cat sails.Dario and Ian on watersports are extremely helpful. Nicole and Melissa cooking great eggs and omelettes for breakfast. Randall for his aquacise classes. The lunch buffet at Sandtrap was always excellent with great choices . All fish dishes have great flavours Tempura fish and Creole Marlin to mention a few. Dinner at both Asiagos and Sandtrap also excellent with great choices. the addition of the air-conditioned ice cream parlour and coffee shop was always great as you could hide from the heat for 10 minutes or more. We took a trip to Crystal Cove on the west coast also good with excellent watersport facilities. You can book this in advance at the activities centre and you are then all-inclusive too. Water taxi will give you free trips to other properties with the group. then you can view the layout of the west coast - mini cruise. They are closing in February for a year not sure what we shall do in 2025 for a holiday. I know Tlc is needed in a few areas but it never affects the joy and service from the staff. Thank you all so much for an incredible stay we shall be back. Read less
