Where is it

All villas are within 11 miles drive to Walt Disney World Resort. 3 minutes drive to Championsgate's golf courses. There is a range of shops, restaurants and supermarkets all within a few minutes' drive.

Please note: all villas are non-smoking. A non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) is payable during pre-registration which covers for any accidental damage up to a specified amount. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. The villas shown are only representative of the standard of accommodation available.

Please note: swimming pools can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge, which can be pre-booked and paid prior to departure from the UK. The majority of pool heaters run 8-10 hours per day, and will maintain a water temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the outside air temperature. Pool heat may take up to 48 hours to heat up to a higher temperature.
