Good hotel in a great location. Super friendly and helpful staff made our stay go without a hitch. Hop on hop off bus stops just outside and just a 20 minute walk to V and A waterfront. Good restaurant attached to hotel and best meal ever at butchers shop next door. What's not to like.

Location very good. Hop on hop off bus stop right outside hotel but walking distance (20-30 minutes) to V&A waterfront. Beds comfortable. Although there is a restaurant (separate business) downstairs, sometimes with live music, this didn’t go on past 11pm and so not an issue-the scrapping of tables and chairs at 6am was a bit early though! Although there is a restaurant (separate business) downstairs, sometimes with live music, this didn’t go on past 11pm and so not an issue-the scrapping of tables and chairs at 6am was a bit early though! (If you are in a sea view room) Shame the bathroom smelt “smokey” in a non- smoking room- perhaps it was all the dirt and dust that had accumulated in the extractor fan (we requested air freshener but this wasn’t available) Had a few dirty towels placed in room during our 4 night stay but these were replaced promptly when we asked- which was appreciated. Some secure parking available at only R25 a night but can also park on the street. Read less

It’s location is excellent as it faces the ocean and near the marina which has a wide choice of restaurants and shops. It is opposite the sightseeing bus stop which drops you off at Table Mountain cable car station. It is well worth staying if you are not looking for luxury but just a drop off point for visiting CapeTown. Read less

Waterfront view, basic accommodation, plenty of room, clean. Restaurant available. Paid parking or park on street. Walking distance (long walk), to Victoria Wharf shops or drive and pay for parking, Need to drive to other locations. Nice walk along waterfront and lovely sunsets. Hop on hop off bus available out the front of hotel.

Almost a budget experience. No noise reduction, but thank goodness for the fabulous restaurant downstairs with its wonderful service and fun atmosphere. The beds are OK but not great, the bathrooms are lacking in natural light, and it's quite cold inside in general.
