Its kind of stupid that we were in cape town from US and everything is so awesomely cheap yet we find the one hotel that is so overpriced-It was steep for NY pricing-Like 415 a martini at the bar when EVERYWHERE else in cape town a cocktail is $4. So that just hurts-like why am I overpaying when everything is suppose to be so cheap- PROS Their spa is nice-its pretty and has cool jetting pool with steam, sauna-and massage was really nice 90 minutes and by US standards about $115 which is deal for US (mind you , outside hotel that massage would be $60) The property is pretty-the lobby bar is cool but again overprices. My sister got caesar salad with chicken and a diet coke from room service and it was 450-rip off bu that is these hotels-Mini bar over priced. Sorry I was on pros lol-Close t waterfront which quite frankly was a g once maybe eat there to se it and I would neve go back-not the cool part of capetown at all. check in staff bit arrogant-some service was real cool and friendly but some real cold and snotty. I just didnt think worth it at all Read less

Brilliant. Superb location, fabulous rooms, great views, wonderful facilities, exemplary service. Must be the best in Cape Town. The pool area is so relaxing, the bar area is a very friendly and welcoming space. Staff are fantastic, really helpful and friendly, without being obsequious. We will definitely be back to the One & Only CT

The view from the room is so good you never want to leave the room. The bars are excellent with a good vibe to them. Staff was friendly and ready available to assist. Food was exceptional, lots to do at the hotel itself like canoe, boat ride etc. List friendly too. Only downside was the delay in service during breakfast at Chief Reuben restaurant Read less
