Beautiful resort and staff treat everyone with such respect! The dining experiences are of a high quality and the pool area makes you feel like you have drifted off to paradise! The rooms are luxurious and attention is given to every little details. Wish our budget could have allowed us to stay longer!

A paradise oasis in the city. The marina rooms on the island are opulent and totally peaceful. Attention to detail was amazing from the little elephant stuff toy for my son and the rose petal Happy Birthday for my wife.

My husband and I went for drinks at Vista for our 22nd wedding anniversary on the 28th of November. I just want to say a huge thank you to Elton for the exceptional service that we received from Elton. He made us amazing drinks, and we felt extra special. Thank you Elton! You are a star!

What an absolutely phenomenal experience. I don’t think I’ve ever come across such warm passionate staff in my travels and the genuineness really makes all the difference. The resort is picturesque and in the best location right next to the waterfront, but the caliber of the on-site restaurants (do a sushi making masterclass at Nobu!) mean that there is really no need to leave. But you must also make sure you go on a hike with David - we did Table Mountain with him and it’s probably my favourite hike of all time. David is knowledgeable, friendly and super enthusiastic and ensured we made it to the top without getting lost (a real possibility considering all the trails and their relative unmarkedness!). But best of all is the safety and cleanliness in the pandemic - second to none. Will be back for sure, thank you team Read less

We live in Cape Town, but stay at the O&O every few months simply to switch off and relax. Once again the staff were all charming, be it the gardener, security, or the front desk staff. And as usual, the room, room service, restaurant, facilities, and surroundings, were flawless. Siviwe checked us in upon arrival on Wednesday, and we told her that we were going to do nothing but watch tv series and totally relax. You can imagine our surprise when room service bought us 2 boxes of popcorn on Friday night, accompanied by a beautifully hand written card from Siviwe. More impressive was the fact that she was not working that day, and had planned ahead. Thank you to all the staff, and a BIG THANK YOU TO SIVIWE. Read less
