Stayed for 6 nights and decided to sleep in the one morning and make it to breakfast 15 minutes before closing. I locked eyes with the hostess Felicia but had to greet her myself as she walked away to another desk and had to ask her for a table. She gave a very rude response, her first words to me were we close at 11am… to which I replied we still have 15minutes…no further assistance or hospitality was offered after that. It was a horrible way to start a morning and really put a bitter taste in my mouth. If a hotel wants there patrons out of a restaurant at a time then close 30minutes prior to that time to give elderly and families time to enjoy their all inclusive breakfast. Read less

Great hotel and location, service can certainly improve, there was an alarm going off on the 4th floor at 6am in the morning which disturbed our sleep, other than that not a bad hotel. Good value for money

The rooms are lovely and clean. The linens are crisp too. Food Bar and Pool facilities are great too. I would go back, based on the stay and the food. The reception and welcome needs work though. Its excellent value for money and the location is good too. The view from the room overlooking the beach front was stunning at sunset.
