32 beautiful rooms and 3 luxurious suites, all with a king size bed, cotton linen, air-conditioning, satellite TV, complimentary tea/coffee, mini-bar*, hairdryer and bathroom amenities. 

Deluxe rooms feature 1 king-size bed, sleeping a maximum of 2 adults.

Bed and breakfast: daily breakfast served at Dash restaurant.
Premium rooms are larger in space than the deluxe rooms but feature all of the same fantastic amenities whilst offering incredible views of Table Mountain, Lion's Head or the V&A Waterfront. 

Premium rooms have 1 king-size bed and sleep a maximum of 2 adults. The Junior Mountain Suite offers premium views of Table Mountain from the private balcony, whilst offering more space than the premium room. The Junior Mountain Suite has 1 king-size bed and sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.  

The Executive Suite is smaller in size than the Junior Mountain Suite and offers views of the courtyard. This room type has 1 king-size and twin beds. Sleeps a maximum of two adults.  

The Presidential Suite is the largest suite option available at the property and offers incredible views of the harbour and table mountain from the rooms wraparound balcony.  

The Presidential Suite has 1 king-size bed and sleeps a maximum of two adults.

This was our first time in Cape Town. We spent 6 nights here and it was a really great place to stay. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the V&A Waterfront. The room was spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. We had a room on the second floor and it was a corner room so we had views out in two directions. From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful. Right from the start they did everything they could for us, unfortunately our luggage had failed to make it to Cape Town on the same flight as us and upon checking in the member of staff asked for the details and offered to chase the progress on it for us. This wasn't all though, if we had questions on places to go they were happy to help, on days where we had tours planned with pickups before breakfast they organised a breakfast box to take with us. Everyone was just really friendly. Breakfast is good. You have a choice of cooked breakfast off the menu as well as some pastries, yogurt, fruit, cheese etc. We ate at their restaurant, Dash, one evening. It's a really nice place with good quality food. I always think it's good to go out and try a few different places to eat when in a new city but would definitely recommend giving it a try at least once during your stay. Overall we had a great time here and would stay here again if we return to Cape Town in the future. Read less

Had a lovely 3 night stay here to start off our honeymoon in Capetown. We arrived in from Ireland after a long flight and were greeted by lovely staff that immediately helped us with our bags. Quick and easy check in. Escorted to our room which was on the ground floor (Only thing we were disappointed with as our Travel Agent had requested prior if we could get a higher floor room overlooking Table Mountain given it was our honeymoon.) Unfortunately our room was on the ground floor right beside the front reception. It was a wheelchair accessible room which we did not require but it was a large room with an amazing bathroom with his and her sinks and a huge shower. But unfortunately our view was looking out at a carpark. The breakfast was lovely and the room was always cleaned to perfection. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We booked in to their spa for a 1.5 hour jet lag massage. And the massages were the best massages both my husband and I had ever had. We had them in a couples room and it was just incredible. I think the ladies names were Nosy & Michelle. Both amazing and would highly recommend the spa for a massage. We both came out floating. Overall a lovely stay but a bit disappointing on the room as we would have loved to have had a nicer view given the special occasion it was. Read less

Our room was on the ground floor with a view of table top mountain. The room was so quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff were so lovely (particularly the gentleman on the door who made us hot chocolate after being rerouted due to a cancelled flight and travelling an extra 10 hours). The breakfast was fantastic. My husband is coeliac and the choices were amazing. We both recommend the French toast with peanut butter whipped cream- delicious! We would highly recommend staying here and would stay again if we were visiting Cape Town. A huge thank you! Read less

The friendly, helpful staff went above and beyond for anything we needed. The rooms were beautiful and the included breakfast was delicious and the presentationwas beautiful. We would definitely stay next time in Cape Town. The location was perfect with so many restaurants in walking distanc.

Amazing experience. I would definitely recommend Sanctuary spa. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. Facilities are well maintained and create a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. Wonderful experience that left me feeling great.
