The hotel

Notable for its impressive tower, this hotel's style has been borrowed from the best ideas of classical architecture. The hotel shuttlebus to the Waterfront is ideal. Breakfast in the morning is comprehensive with great choices. The price as a guest is very good value. Quiet rooms albeit beds a little small and pillows a bit flat. All in all a very good place to stay when in Cape Town. When staying there again this will be our primary choice. Read less

Great hotel, very clean and very friendly staff. Gym is far too small for the hotel size, (feels crowded with only 4/5 people) not helped by one of the only two treadmills provided didn't work. Id stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice in this area.

As a regular guest in the Cullinan again I met friendly and obliging staff, great service and a reasonable room with a flawless cleanliness. Despite the fact that the Springboks world champions team spent two nights at the hotel and for sure cost a lot of attention, everything went smooth and without any hectic. We had a retirement breakfast booked there for 80 people was very busy but the staff was excellent and very helpful thank to Deon Samuel's for assisting us and a big thanks to Nasheema Stemment for arrangements regarding booking we appreciate everything have a good weekend keep it up

This hotel looks ok but it’s so noisy. The windows are single glazed and noise from cars and sirens are heard all night. We were put on a floor with noisy young people who shouted at each other in the rooms and corridors, slamming doors all night. We were woken today by their noise at 3.30am and had to call security. We were put on a floor with noisy young people who shouted at each other in the rooms and corridors, slamming doors all night. We were woken today by their noise at 3.30am and had to call security. This resulted in quiet from them but we were already wide awake. The breakfast here was cold every morning. If we come back to Cape Town we certainly won’t come to this hotel again. Read less
