Most appalling experience booked by my travel agent. On arrival. Unfriendly staff. The reception area looked and sounded like a nightclub. You could not move past everyone. The room. No desk. Worst pillows . Big hard. Could not sleep 4 2 nights. Did request soft pillows. The reply.... not available. Asked for sweeteners in my room......not… Read more

I loved my stay at Rockefeller! Will recommend it to anyone at any time. Good serves, amazing staff. They will see me when visiting Cape Town again, loved the free breakfast, with a wide variety of food. Rooms cleaned well every day. Great gym.

The friendlist people at the entrance. Car park safely. Best breakfast ever. Evening meal starter so big you had to take a break. Best bed and pillows. Get 2 coctails for one. Breakfast incredible price also for locals. Meet people from all over

We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 2nd last floor. The room was well maintained with all the amenities & comfortable beds. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was good with a variety of items. Pool bar had nice cocktails but the pool is very small. Breakfast spread was good with a variety of items. Pool bar had nice cocktails but the pool is very small. The down side of my stay is that I believe the housekeeping staff picked money from my handbag. Unfortunately I noticed this after I had left Cape Town. So please make use of the safe that's provided in the room when going out. Read less

Great hotel, high standard felt like in the American movies. Stuff very friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy up each day. Towels are changed everyday. Hotel smells really nice. Restaurant at the hotel top level👌🏻👌🏻 Nice swimming pool at the 16th floor 👌🏻👌🏻 We travel a lot and really one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in (we are from Europe). Highly recommend.
