I was very pleased with the staff at the reception from the time I checked in early and had my case stored in storage until I checked out - ery friendly staff. I was very pleased with the staff at the reception from the time I checked in early and had my case stored in storage until I checked out - ery friendly staff. The waitress at rhe lounge area was slow with our orde and even got it wrong. The thing that upset me the most was the fact that I mistakenly left my make-up bag in the bathroom. After realising this morning that I had left it in my room, I contacted reception and was helped but alas my make-up got legs! Read less

Sublime service and friendliness. Staff were always available. Concierge always on duty. Rooms well maintained. Breakfast buffet was brilliant. Accessibility to all the required venues to and from the hotels was simple. Well done all. Thank you

Most appalling experience booked by my travel agent. On arrival. Unfriendly staff. The reception area looked and sounded like a nightclub. You could not move past everyone. The room. No desk. Worst pillows . Big hard. Could not sleep 4 2 nights. Did request soft pillows. The reply.... not available. Asked for sweeteners in my room......not… Read more

I loved my stay at Rockefeller! Will recommend it to anyone at any time. Good serves, amazing staff. They will see me when visiting Cape Town again, loved the free breakfast, with a wide variety of food. Rooms cleaned well every day. Great gym.
