Excellent facilities and even better service. Ryan and Bradley on the concierge desk made our four day stay memorable - outstanding recommendations for wine and food. Perfectly organized private tours on three days on which we learned a lot from our great driver Abraham. We are looking forward to returning.

We stayed here for nine nights and it certainly deserves its five stars although sometimes the service was slow. Staff were very good and attentive and were helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Our experience this year was a number of areas were tired and management were ineffective and invisible as it started with a poor check in where our requirements had been ignored and took some time to resolve. Our room,502, one of the hotels best where a number of faults existed including a shower door which never closed properly flooding the bathroom every day and electrical charging points which were so poorly fitting I didn’t have the confidence to use them. Our final bill was wrong as another guests drinks had been charged to our room and despite we were spending several thousand pounds on our stay nothing was done to resolve the issue so after 8 visits to Cape Town it’s time to find a new 5 star hotel.
