As much as we stay at the Westin for World Travel Market Africa every year in April and this year being literally my 5th time staying over, I do not take none of the treatment I've experienced as a guest for granted. I mean the staff, especially one guy who was a superstar with luggage assistance in particular by the name of Yonela, all I can say… Read more

The Westin executive club on the 19th floor do a very good complementary drinks and canapé service after 4 o’clock, which is lovely. All in all this is a good hotel, apart from the restaurant and bar areas on the ground floor. The self service breakfast was cold and not particularly tasty so tomorrow we will be having the complimentary breakfast on the 19th floor. There is also an abundance of staff with a distinct lack of service. It has just taken nearly 15 minutes to get a bottle of wine! Read less

Great location, a short walk to the Waterfront. Rooms were large with UK and SA plug sockets and a desk for me to work. The bathroom had double sinks and had a separate bath and shower. The toilet was also through a separate frosted glass door. The gym is well stocked and open 24hrs, and had great views from the 19th floor. The reception staff… Read more

The reception staff were friendly and helpful especially Sive who was a trainee, she helped me a lot during the week when I needed assistance nothing was too much bother. Overall it was a great stay, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cape Town whether for business or pleasure. Read less
