First time to The Vineyard, but wont be the last. A great stay from start to finish. Our room was spotless and spacious overlooking the courtyard on the first floor. Although the Hotel is obviously run very efficiently, there is a relaxed and confident manor amongst the staff, who were all helpful and knowledgeable when called upon. Breakfast was delicious and endlessly varied, although i usually plumped for their eggs Benedict. We also used the restaurants for lunch and dinner several times during our stay and were not disappointed. The location is a leafy suburb on the opposite side of Table Mountain to the City Centre and V & A Waterfront, which was very easy to access via taxi or the hotel shuttle, which must be booked in advance. The hotel is full of charm and character being a period property, with amazing gardens and view of Table Mountain. Read less

It does not get much better than this. I stayed here a few years ago but try to come back for a breakfast each time I am visiting Cape Town. Amazing service and an amazing place. So much choice. So tasty.

Second time being at vineyard, not only do they have lovely and comfortable rooms but the staff are awesome. A great improvement from my last visit. The hotel has very good views and gardens, there is a well equipped gym and strong wifi. There is Cavendish mall 200m from the hotel. Great place to spend when visiting capetown.

Ticked away in a suburban area, this beautiful hotel has character and charm. All the facilities are first class and the gardens are just lovely. Its far from the madding crowd yet still offers world class service and food.

This Easter weekend will be the 10th consecutive stay at the Vineyard Hotel for us. To say that we like this hotel is an understatement, we LOVE it. I give it’s perfect 10. We’ve stayed at River Facing Junior Suite and Garden Facing Junior Suite. We’ve dined in both restaurants and use the spa regularly. Better than 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at.… Read more
