1-Bedroom Luxury and Deluxe Apartments feature an open plan dining/living area and canal or waterfront views, with either 1 double bed, 1 queen-size bed, 1 king-size bed, or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

2-Bedroom Luxury and Deluxe Apartments feature waterfront or canal views and two bathrooms, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

3-Bedroom Luxury and Deluxe Apartments feature waterfront or canal views and two bathrooms, sleeping maximum 6 people.

Lots of excellent restaurants in the surrounding V&A Waterfront.

My experience here was an absolute nightmare. I chose this location for the fact that it had a washing machine and dryer in unit as I had been traveling for 2 weeks. My experience here was an absolute nightmare. I chose this location for the fact that it had a washing machine and dryer in unit as I had been traveling for 2 weeks. However, the dryer was completely broken and maintenance came twice and said they fixed it when it still was broken. I demanded I needed somewhere to dry my clothes so they let me use an empty apartment. When I went to get my dry clothes they were missing!!! I had to wait 24 hours for them to return them as house keeping took them somewhere. Additionally, my unit lost electricity and they could not tell me how long the electricity was off for so I had to throw out all of my groceries. They promised me they would compensate my stay but are refusing to do so. I would never recommend this place to anyone Read less

It took a little trial and error to work out where the various gates were but reception staff were amazingly helpful. Big shout out to Yandi, who gave us her number for WhatsApp questions. Top quality spacious apartments. 2 bed suitable for two adults and 2 older teenagers. Very well managed and no problem with noise at night.

A fantastic stay at waterfront - excellent location for food, tourist sites, getting around Cape Town. Safe and secure, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful suite.

Property feels secure behind security gates with ID pass control. Very spacious, clean and well equipped property. Location is good, a 15 minute walk or so to the V&A centre.
