Peermont D'Oreale Grande at Emperors Palace

Johannesburg, South Africa

The hotel

The luxurious Peermont D’oreale Grande is the flagship hotel of Emperors Palace, Joburg’s exciting casino, convention and entertainment complex. The resort’s only 5-star retreat, it may be stationed right by O.R. Tambo International Airport, but it’s no ordinary airport hotel. They’ve laid on all the bells and whistles to satisfy even the most demanding business traveller – indulgences holidaymakers also get to enjoy. There’s the elegant dining of Aurelia’s; the sumptuous serenity of Octavia’s day spa; the casual atmosphere of the pool; the ‘business traveller essentials’ of complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour gym, and an airport shuttle; and utterly lavish excesses like a gallery and casino.

The place is huge and very near to the airport- with a 20 minute shuttle from the hotel to airport and back. The rooms and decent size and not very spacious. The hotel is connected to the casino. They also have lot of restaurants connected. Not a bad option to stay

Excellent service, food was great and my wife and myself enjoyed the stay, hoping to see more stays with the family, great casino facilities with enough machines to choose from. Love the food court. Thanks

This really exceeded our expectations as it was our 40th anniversary. Great hotel, excellent facilities and staff. The dinner was fantastic and the room created an environment of exclusivity and personal care. Thanks for making our celebration a memorable evening

It was worth the wait and if you can bear the crowds, even better. Great display, last chance to visit will be 5 Jan 2020. Kids and adults alike, were transfixed at some of the designs and features. Well done Emperor's Palace for this magical event. Well done Doreal Grande for transforming your lush gardens into an enchanted garden with Olaf,… Read more
