We absolutely loved this hotel. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The shower was divine and spacious! It was clean and had friendly staff. The breakfast was unreal with SO many options. Secure parking too, and perfect internet with high speed. Highly recommend.

My room was so incredibly clean and taken care of daily and to mention how well I slept at night and how nice and quiet the rooms were with no sound from other rooms or hallway. The whole hotel is just immaculate. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with everything you could want and the made to order egg station was amazing as well. We loved their restaurant so much and looked forward to eating there along with the great service by a wonderful and friendly wait staff daily. This is my forever hotel when I stay in Pretoria. They were hosting a comedy show at the hotel. I had dinner before the show and food was perfectly cooked and the vibe of the place makes one to want to stay longer. I love the decor especially the lighting which made the place look inviting and warm. I saw on their menu that they other events like live music which I'll definitely be trying out.

First time in Pretoria and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks on a business trip. Location is good (…just across the road from a major shopping mall) and not too far by car from many other places for dinner and drinks. The standard room is an OK size and has most of the amenities that you need in a room (safe, kettle, etc…). No iron & board in the room, but staff can bring one up at short notice. There is a small desk area to work from. Basic toiletries in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, AC was OK, and it was nice to have an opening window in a hotel room. Breakfast was excellent, but the food at lunch and dinner was fairly average. Had the steak one night and it was probably the worst steak I’ve ever had. The staff in the dinning and bar area were amazing and this made the experience of eating there so much better. From Friday night and over the weekend, the dinning and bar area becomes a bit of a party zone. It can get busy and loud during this time, so if this isn’t your scene, you may not enjoy it. I actually quiet liked it and it was refreshing to be in a hotel that had some life to it. As with the dinning staff, the reception staff were great and always helpful. A good, clean, reliable, and safe hotel. Food quality was a bit average, but there are other places nearby to eat dinner. I would recommend this place and would stay again. Read less
