The most elegant hotel around Pretoria. The place is quite comfortable and the pillows are fluffy and soft. The food is thee best. It is worth the price. Given a chance this is the best environment to relax and rewind. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Delicious high quality food, selection of wines and great service. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Highly recommended

You don't talk about 5-star hotels without mentioning Sheraton Pretoria Hotel in the same sentence. Their rooms are spacious and comfortable, with chic contemporary décor and sleek hardwood floors. It is one of the best hotels I have ever been to.

Booked accommodation at the Sheraton Pretoria for the 21st to the 23rd March 2025. Received an email at 12h30on the 21st requesting me to find alternate accommodation due to them not having electricity!!! I was an hour away at the time. The hotel was dirty, dirty carpets, curtains, chairs, table cloths, it was bad, in this heat we couldn’t even have proper ventilation because the hotel owes the municipality, so their electricity was cut off. Their basement parking was pitch black dark, stank, sewage water all over. The food was horrible, burnt, cooked in the open fire behind the… Read more

Their basement parking was pitch black dark, stank, sewage water all over. The food was horrible, burnt, cooked in the open fire behind the conference rooms. This hotel honestly doesn’t deserve a 5 star rating it holds. We asked for fans because of the heat, the stuff was rude and asked us didn’t we know that there is no electricity, that they haven’t had power since a week ago, their generator kept switching off every hour, at some point it went off while i was in the lift 😩.
