The Palace of the Lost City remains one of the most beautiful fantasy hotels in the world. Every corner, every ceiling and every nook and cranny has a “wow” moment. Sol Kerzner and his team had incredible vision building and decorating this amazing hotel. We stayed in a suite which over looked part of the golf course and part of the reserve area and were lucky enough to see elephants on the hill from our room! Well worth spending that bit more to stay in a suite. Every bit of the hotel suite room oozes opulence. Huge bathroom with separate toilet and shower, large lounge with coffee maker, TV in both lounge and bedroom, separate guest toilet, and many other facilities are available. The Crystal Room dining area is magnificent, fresh oysters and champagne is the order of the day for breakfast as well as sushi, and every other dish that your heart desires. A visit to The Palace will never be forgotten. Read less

Stayed here many times before, but this time had to move rooms twice as things in the rooms are broken, so in my third room now, holes in cushions, toilets coming away from walls and now tv not working, been waiting an hour to fix, kids getting very bored, very slow service

Very nice hotel with large romps, and good interior. Large bathroom with shower and bath and all you can think about for personal use. Many good restaurants to cheese from at very reasonable prices - compared to European standards - unfortunately the main restaurant are only open at evening weekends during winter period, but breakfast is served there every morning. The morning buffet is really a "Study af how to behave" :-) Staff I generally very smiling and helpfull. Really great value for money (Midweek stay) Read less
