The hotel

Clustered into four low-rise Balinese-style water villages and spread over 40-acres of lily ponds and manicured gardens, the Grand Hyatt Bali is interlinked by waterfalls, lagoons and swimming pools which lead to the beach, protected by a barrier reef, creating a beautiful ‘water palace’ environment. Located directly on the white sands of Nusa Dua next to the Bali Collection shopping centre. Transfer time from Denpasar Airport: 25 minutes.

636 rooms in 4 villages. All with balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, coffee maker, mini-bar*, safe, bathrobes and hairdryer. Grand Rooms have lagoon or garden views, with 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child under 12 in a rollaway bed.

Half Board/Full Board options: includes breakfast and dinner or breakfast, lunch and dinner. Half Board and Full Board for dinner is available in the Salsa Verde Restaurant, Garden Cafe and Pasar Senggol.

Interconnecting Grand Rooms are also available. 

Ocean View Rooms offer views of the ocean, with 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child under 12 in a rollaway bed.

The Grand Hyatt exceeded our expectations. The pools & gardens are spectacular. The beach was clean & stunning. My kids loved Gabby, Wirhadi & all the ladies at kids club. They were so patient, kind & fun for my kids. The restaurants were lovely. There was plenty of variety & we can't wait to return!

Literally have nothing but praise for this beautiful hotel and it's incredible team of staff. I visited in August 2024 with my partner and 3.5yr old son - the room was beautiful and I loved the single bed for my toddler that was cleverly built into the room (perfect as he was unable to roll out)! I'm not sure if we got upgraded but we were so lucky to get an ocean view room! It was truly spectacular and we felt very blessed to have such a view from our balcony every day :) Honestly from the moment we walked into the hotel foyer on our first day we were blown away by the beauty of this hotel - the gardens, flowers and waterways / ponds are stunning and it's such a pretty resort whichever wing you stay in! The pools are gorgeous and I loved that they are all interwined so you never have to really get out to get to other parts! My son also LOVED the water slide - we must have gone it over 100 times easily! The beach is also beautiful and so child friendly! Hotel has amazing amenities and is also conveniently situated right opposite the Nusa Dua Collection for shopping, massages, restaurants etc! Even though hotel was near / at capacity it never felt overcrowded or busy as in other resorts. There is a choice of 3 breakfast venues to choose from, each serving INCREDIBLE breakfasts! We stayed at the Grand Hyatt with 5 year old twins. Pros: Great hotel with many facilities. Nice and clean. The best thing about it was the location. Can go the beach, then trun right and see a number of good hotels next to it. Also turn left on the track and can see some of the best hotels lined up by the beach. Oposite the hotel is the Bali Collection shopping strip, where you can go out for lunch or dinner easily. Cons: Pool closes at 7pm. The pools are 1.3m deep, not so good for toddlers, they have a small toddler pool, not even worth being there. They do have a good high slide. Kids Club is only 2 hours free then $15 per hour, where in other hotels is complimentary for the day. Read less

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt, Nusa dua for 3 nights.Room is in very average shape and badly needs a renovation. Air conditioning is not up to the mark.food is just above average.many much better hotels in and around. would skip this until a full renovation is done

We traveled with two young children and found the hotel to be beautiful, clean and easy to navigate. We had the all inclusive package via Luxury Escapes and it was amazing! The Spa here is also perfect!
