Great location, and wonderful staff!!! Highly recommend to any/all looking to get away to Key West. We were lucky to get a room with a view of the sunset, and cannot wait to come back for another trip!

This was definitely not the 5-star experience we paid for. Hotel is capitalizing on the location but not keeping up on the maintenance of the facility. This was our second visit in two years and it’s really gone downhill.

Great experience for a family vacation. We stayed for 3 nights and everything was great. The hotel is nice and the staff is always very helpful. We especially like that we could have breakfast delivered to the room. We can’t wait to come back.

The location of this property was perfect. It was at the bottom of Duval Street with a beautiful view of the sunset. It's a very expensive hotel, and I felt that the fact that they charged for water bottles in the room ($6!)
