Staff was professional and awesome. Thought the room was a bit overpriced for a partial ocean view but the staff is what really makes this resort special. When my wife and I wanted to look at other rooms for a potential room upgrade the staff did not hesitate to show us all other available rooms even though it was busy.

This hotel is great! It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the restaurants are excellent. The location is great, right down the street from the Key West party life. The views of the ocean from the pier are the best in town!

The employees and their service keep us coming back. They truly make you feel welcome. April, Jessica, and Diane are friendly and hard working around the pool. Nate can plan any adventure or dinner for you (loved our boat day on Sol Chasers Charters). Travis and SheIla are expert bartenders at Hot Tin Roof. For the price, we wish they would… Read more

We stayed for 2 nights only in suite 413, which allowed a spectacular view of the sunset. Unexpectedly, there happened to be a music festival in town, with song writers playing at Sunset Pier, which made for a private concert from the balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable, particularly the bathroom, which had a bath, from where you can also watch the sunset if that’s your thing. The staff were helpful, the location on Duval Street convenient, with easy access to Truman’s and Hemingway’s houses. “Hot Tin Roof” restaurant is pleasant and food good. A couple of negatives were the (extortionate) room price, lack of beach and confusing layout. Car park is a bonus. All in all, watching the sunset from the balcony is an experience to treasure!
