I would like to say that Dawn the massage guru at the Pink Shell was absolutely amazing!! She takes pride in her work and after my massage I left feeling like I was floating!!! She took very good care of my sore spots and worked all the kinks out! I would most definitely recommend her and will definitely be back when I visit Fort Myers again!!

My family has been guest for past 45 years and we went this spring and was SO DISSAPPOINTED in how it is being run. We got there early morning and there was garbage from the night before around the pool and on the tables. The might explain why we see raccoons around the pool several times during the day. Then, they allow people to pay for day passes and the pool was so packed we couldn't get in. It was all 3-5 year olds h having a birthday party. They were people from Fort Myers using it for the day. Also, the Karaoke was almost 3 hours of 3-5 years old songs. It was terrible. Where we ate breakfast they remodeled and it looks like a cheap dinner. The umbrellas on the eat on deck had so much bird poop that we couldn't eat. It was so loud, we couldn't even enjoy sitting by the pool. There were also a ton of people with no wrist bands in the pool and no one made them get out. This is NOT the place it was just last year!!!!! It should be for paying guest. Their prices are top dollar and that is why we kept coming back. We already have reservation to bring my family back this last spring. We have four rooms and paying for a resort not a Holiday INN. If it this way again, it will be my last! Read less

Had my facial with Rano at Aquagene Spa at the resort and it was absolutely incredible. She is so knowledgeable and so kind, gentle. I felt more educated too after the session. Learned about proper ways to apply an eye-cream. So grateful
