Visited for my wife’s birthday. What an amazing place. Right on the beach with lots to do. The staff were incredibly nice and professional. We were given a tour by Erica. She explained all the services offered. Will definitely come back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Pink Shell Beach Resort in July. Our room was spacious and clean. We appreciated the kitchenette in our room, as well as the ocean view. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was great! Beach beautiful and clean.Safe area, and at the end of Estero Island, so it was relatively quiet. I would return to Pink Shell if I ever… Read more

I had to leave a day earlier than my intended stay and when I got my bill they stated that they gave me the current rate for the day which was double the current daily rate. Why would they do that if I just left a day earlier. I called and I had to argue with them about this discrepancy, after a few minutes they did noticed that the rate was… Read more

Why should I have had to argue with them about this. My last impression was not a good one. The resort was very nice, but I won't be back. Read less

Everyone we met on the staff was very helpful and friendly (have to mention Dawn, who was very attentive serving us at the poolside cafe and at the beachfront). We stayed in the main building by the larger pool and it was a good call. Beach was well kept and car/valet were prompt when we wanted to go out exploring. Breakfast buffet was great, and on-site dining was good too. I took a star off for a couple issues - the drain in our soaking tub didn't work (constantly leaked, so no way to hold water during a bath), and one day after a stormy morning we were told there would be no poolside or beach service for the remainder of the day - despite it being a sunny afternoon with no further rain in sight. The resort seems more geared towards families with kids than couples, so if we go back we would be doing it as a family trip. Read less

Awesome tour. Cost us $30 pp and worth every penny. Compared to other similar excusions in the area this was a steal. Rob was extremely knowledgeable on all wildlife in the area. Took us across the harbor on 2 man kayaks, my wife and 10yo in one and myself and our 9yo in the other, and explored "bird island". Along the way he pointed out the… Read more

Took us across the harbor on 2 man kayaks, my wife and 10yo in one and myself and our 9yo in the other, and explored "bird island". Along the way he pointed out the wildlife including manatees that were just feet from our boat. We then went back a canal and into a mangrove forest with crabs everywhere, not to mention the serenity of being in the mangroves. Very cool! Highly recommend. Thank you, Rob! Read less
