PS has many activities for kids, live music on weekends and weekday evenings. Many beach amenities for free...kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. You can rent wave runners. Bar on the beach is handy and you can order food. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. Spa was great. Highly recommend Pink Shells for couples and especially families looking for a fun and nice vacation location. Ft Myers beach also has a slew of good restaurants. We’ll definitely come back! Second trip to Pink Shell. First was through a travel agent on spur of the moment because Naples Beach & Golf Club was full. This time it was chosen on purpose. Rooms are clean & laundry is adequate. Beach amenities, food & service is very good. The adult area pool is perfect. Wave runners are well-maintained, as well as paddle boards, umbrellas,… Read more

The customer service is obviously a priority within this resort. Our servers Yan, host-Tino, all were exceptional, very friendly. Food was good and reasonable. Read less

Free breakfast was basic buffet free breakfast but was consumable. Location was at the quiet end of the island, which I enjoyed. There is a free and paid trolley you can get on right outside the hotel. This was a fabulous option since most places by the restaurants/bars you had to pay for parking. I would go back here in the future! Read less
