This is the 3rd year in a row that we’ve stayed at the Hilton Marco Island (same room, same week). We had an awesome family vacation and the kids were keen fans of the hotel, pool and beach. The staff was incredible— very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing some age— the rooms, particularly bathrooms, could use a refresh (or a nice scrub down), the pool could use new tile and a new sound system, the towels and pillows need replaced and the gym needs a good cleaning. And get those towel cabana attendants a new loud speaker! The pool area would also benefit from additional waitresses, or ones that actually man the pool deck. For the majority of our time at the hotel, we placed lunch orders at the bar because the waitresses were MIA. Big shout out to Maria the housekeeper, Eddie the bellman, Cheryl the bartender, the front desk staff and the food and beverage manager in the 560 Market. Read less

Hilton Marco Island hotel is very nice resort hotel. Although it is an older property, it feels like they have kept up the condition as everything is modern. The rooms were very nice and spacious. We had a upgraded king suite with great views of beach. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend and will be back.

So happy to find staff that are pleasant and accommodating as possible- something often lacking these days. I applaud the friendly, smiling, happy staff! The facilities supply all you need for some relaxing beach time. The rooms spacious, beds comfy! My only suggestion- put magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms and robes!

Gislene is the best housekeeper. The hotel is very well run. It is very clean and luxurious. The beach is very beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and will go out of their way to follow up on requests. Parking is easy in the large lot at the hotel. The Marco Hilton is the way to go.

No idea what the price should have been but ended up paying $50 to the lad on the beach for the day, which seemed excessive, but wasn’t going to argue They have a drinks cart that comes around the beach for you to buy drinks and I can only congratulate the hotel in finding the rudest woman possible to employ to operate the drinks cart, I can only assume she doesn’t enjoy her job a great deal given her complete lack of customer service Read less
