Tropical Resort View Rooms with 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Self-parking $15 plus tax per night, valet parking $25 plus tax per night (payable locally, subject to change).

Katie Mascitelli was our coordinator and she was extremely organized, quick to respond, kind, and incredibly patient with us throughout the entire planning period and she made sure our day was absolutely perfect. She then went above and beyond for us AGAIN for our Anniversary! She went out of her way to make our trip extra special and we truly felt so loved by the entire JW Staff throughout our stay. So much so, that we will most likely spend every anniversary there now :) To say the least, we love this place and cannot recommend it enough. Read less

Very disappointing that it is not ADA compliant. I called weeks ahead of time requesting a shower seat for my two disabled daughters. They told me to tell them at check in. I did tell them and checkin and they completely ignored me and gave us a bathtub. We were so exhausted we stayed the night and had them move us the next morning. We also parked where there were handicap spots yet there was no elevator only escalators. One of the workers had to take us through the service entrance. It was pretty embarrassing. Lots of stairs and not elevators next to stairs so often had to go around the whole resort to get back up. Beautiful beach and the employees were pleasant. Read less

The Beach Tiki huts were being rebuilt during our stay. So perhaps another option soon. James and Nagat were at the Sirene room check in. They are kind and gracious as always. Kudos to housekeeping and specifically a shoutout to Marie on the 8th floor Sirene rooms. Even with all the sand, our room was spotless each day! Maia’s restaurant for breakfast is a favorite. The food is delicious and varied including some gluten free options. Rosemene behind the buffet is a delightful person. Marie, Camie and Sandy at the omelet bar are fabulous! Shoutouts to the servers and staff of Maia’s including, Dolly (who is a 2023 recipient of the J. Willard Marriott Award of Excellence), Nell, Ally, Bianca, Kay, Daniella, Calene, Natalia, Mark, Princess, Gorman, Eli and Vernell. We notice such kindness, laughter and humor and it starts our day with such positivity. Great hotel! The staff and service are wonderful. A beachfront location is hard to beat. Isiah and Nate at the towel and beach chair stand are the best. They were attentive and got us set up each morning.

Great hotel and beach! Q provides fantastic service in the beach, with towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Brendan provided fantastic service with food and beverages. Good for business or family travel!!
