Had a 2 night stay for wife’s birthday. Entire staff pleasant, friendly and helpful, especially Michael at the pool. Quiet, comfortable location. Would highly recommend. Within 30 minutes from the beach and any sightseeing. Plus, free parking.

The front desk was very pleasant. They have a van that will take you to the beach free of charge. The pool was good, not very crowded when we were there. Rooms were clean but needed some updating. The front desk was very pleasant. They have a van that will take you to the beach free of charge. The pool was good, not very crowded when we were there. Rooms were clean but needed some updating. We always ate out so we can't judge the restaurant inside the hotel. We were at the hotel on leap year day and none of the card keys would work at any of the rooms, so this was an inconvenience. And elevators were being repaired. Things will go wrong and are expected, a little extra TLC or cookies would have been appreciated. (: Read less

The hotel was fine and served our purpose but, unless Hilton makes some improvements, I would not stay here again. This is an expensive hotel but the value doesn't reflect the price. The entire hotel is dated, including the pool. Also, for heavens sake, keep water at the pool area instead of being charged for a cup of ice and water. If you enjoy good coffee in the morning, don't count on the Nescafe coffee machine in the lobby; it's hardly coffee. And, I tried to order a specialty coffee from Shula's but it felt like a herculean effort. Instead, I found 2 wonderful local coffee shops in walking distance of the hotel. The staff was nice enough so no issues in that area. Read less

We live in Naples and frequently have breakfast with friends at the Hilton. On our most recent visit, we had a waiter worth mentioning. His name is Jeff, and he was helpful, pleasant, efficient, with a great attitude. It's pretty hard for restaurants down here to find service staff, and the Hilton is lucky to have him.
