Suprior King Rooms have either a marina or waterway view with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

One bedroom Suites have either a marina or waterway view and includes a fully equipped kitchen, and separate living room with a queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Two bedroom Suites have either a marina or waterway view and includes a fully equipped kitchen, and separate living room with a queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and the separate guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed. This spacious suite has 2 separate bathrooms to accommodate all guests, and sleeps maximum 6 adults.  

Complimentary resort shuttle to Downtown Naples & Naples Beach and between hotel & Naples Bay Club complex. Free parking included in resort fee (1 vehicle per room).

Bluewater Bar & Grill (poolside dining offering lunch and dinner daily with afternoon happy hour). Café on the Bay (al-fresco sandwiches, pastries and drinks; open for breakfast and lunch). Bonefish Grill (seafood restaurant open for dinner daily as well as for lunch on Saturday and Sunday). Members Lounge Restaurant & Bar (upscale indoor and outdoor dining).

There is a daily resort fee of $39 plus tax per room, per night (payable locally, fee subject to change).

1. Room service food very cold. 2. No sheet on the bed just a duvet and duvet cover 3. No coffe / sugar/creamers in the room even though there is a coffee maker 4. The worst part was the resort was mostly empty but we were placed in a room with an adjoining door to another guest who was loud till midnight. They make it clear that quiet hours… Read more

Superb resort, super friendly staff, great amenities and close to 5th avenue. In fact everything is close by with the free regular shuttle bus serving key areas in Naples. Special shout out to Thomas. If you’re looking for a relaxing resort, but with nearby amenities I don’t reckon this place can be beaten in Naples.

Great lagoon pool with waterfall and LAZY RIVER! We stayed in a cottage by the family pool area which was huge and fairly priced. Great poolside food & drink service. Great concierge (Hope). We loved the IHOP and Olive Garden just across the road.
