The hotel

Set on a beautiful marina, at the gateway Naples' famed Fifth Avenue South, white sand beaches and to the Florida Everglades - Naples Bay Resort is basically a little village of it’s own, with plenty to explore by foot or by boat. With 5 pools, 4 top-notch dining options, and endless recreational activities, the resort is ideal for families and group alike. Topgolf Swing Suite is a particular hit for golfers and non-golfers alike, and then you can take these skills onto one of the many golf courses nearby. And if you do ever need a change of scenery, there’s a complimentary shuttle taking you into downtown Naples for it’s great shopping and nightlife, just a stones throw away.

Superior King Rooms have either a marina or waterway view with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

One bedroom Suites have either a marina or waterway view and includes a fully equipped kitchen, and separate living room with a queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Two bedroom Suites have either a marina or waterway view and includes a fully equipped kitchen, and separate living room with a queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and the separate guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed. This spacious suite has 2 separate bathrooms to accommodate all guests, and sleeps maximum 6 adults.  

Complimentary resort shuttle to Downtown Naples & Naples Beach and between hotel & Naples Bay Club complex. Overnight parking is $20 per vehicle, per night (self or valet), payable locally, subject to change.

Bluewater Bar & Grill (poolside dining offering lunch and dinner daily with afternoon happy hour). Café on the Bay (al-fresco sandwiches, pastries and drinks; open for breakfast and lunch). Nosh on Naples Bay – (award winning cuisine. Open for Happy hour and Dinner) Indulge Restaurant & Bar (upscale indoor and outdoor dining).

There is a daily resort fee of $45 plus tax per room, per night (payable locally, fee subject to change).

Go to Naples Bay Resort & Marina! Girls trip 2024 - The staff is so attentive and the accommodations outstanding. The Resort has it all. We'll be back. Special shout out to Hope, Nicole, Sig, Jerry and Eric. However our premier staff member Jennifer orchestrated our trip in it's entirety 👏 👏 👏. We love you Jennifer!

Receptionist can barely speak English, porter had to step in to assist with our questions. Charged automatically for a tip when they confirmed I had signed for no tip (appalling service at pool). We were promised would be removed and come home to find it hasn’t and they have responded it will not. The pool is either a buggy ride away (tipping required) or walk a good 10 mins with all your change of clothes across a dual carriageway to the residents area whom the pool belongs to. Construction meant only teeny (what they call lap pool) was open and part of another pool however that backed on to the construction so debris and noise removes from any ambience/ enjoyment. We were not made aware of any planned works, nor that there would be no where open to eat dinner. They are happy to take your money but no customer service and think they are above you. Read less

We stayed here for our quality sleep and relaxing time together away from where our Wedding events were being held. The Valet team were excellent and brought all of our items to the room in an organized and careful manner. This was important given the wedding items and all. The room had an excellent balcony and view of the waterway that faced sunrise. The sunrise didn’t bother us since the Building One is tall and blocked out the first bit of sunrise. The blackout curtains or drapes were solid too. We loved our kitchen in the unit to make our own coffee and snacks along with storing wedding gifts like bottles of wine. Having a large fridge and freezer came in handy. Having a separate tub in one bathroom and a shower in the other bathroom was nice too, so we could get ready at the same time. The Front Desk staff were great and had our backs no matter what request we had. Hope understood the importance of our stay and everyone was authentic and came from diverse backgrounds. Over at the Pool and Spa area I met Gail. She was a treat to meet and talk to. She has a lot of experience and a genuine person which is refreshing nowadays. There is shuttle service at the top of the hour from the resort to downtown Naples. Please use this perk. Just be sure to let the front desk know early as there is limited capacity and you may have to wait for the next hour to go. The distance from the hotel to the Spa/Pool is a long walk but the hotel has the golf cart service for you if you wish to catch a ride to and from. Please use this perk as well. The resources are there for an amazing stay. Read less

This place is so amazing that it’s actually hard for me to know where to start with writing my review. When we first arrived, the valet greeted us and directed us to the front desk while they took care of our luggage. They even hand-delivered our belongings to our room immediately after we checked in. There were two people at the front desk, and they both had so much energy and kindness. They helped us a lot and were super positive and lovely. The grounds were beautiful and the pools relaxing. I’m telling you, they’ve truly thought of everything! From the moment we arrived until the time we left, it felt like a luxury vacation. I felt like we were back in time when resorts still cared about the visitor, understood the value of your time, appreciated that you chose to stay with them, and recognized the financial cost of being there. Our family had a wonderful time at the Naples Bay Resort. Friendly and helpful staff at check in who answered all our questions and took care of all our needs . Our room was beautiful with a wonderful view of the bay ! We will definitely return on our next trip to Naples
