All suites include private balcony, WiFi, coffee maker, sofa bed, mini fridge, safe, hairdryer, bathroom amenities 55inch flat-screen HDTV, separate bath and shower, iron & ironing board. 

Superior King Rooms have either a marina or waterway view with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

One bedroom Suites have either a marina or waterway view and includes a fully equipped kitchen, and separate living room with a queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Two bedroom Suites have either a marina or waterway view and includes a fully equipped kitchen, and separate living room with a queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and the separate guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed. This spacious suite has 2 separate bathrooms to accommodate all guests, and sleeps maximum 6 adults.  

Complimentary resort shuttle to Downtown Naples & Naples Beach and between hotel & Naples Bay Club complex. Overnight parking is $20 per vehicle, per night (self or valet), payable locally, subject to change.

Bluewater Bar & Grill (poolside dining offering lunch and dinner daily with afternoon happy hour). Café on the Bay (al-fresco sandwiches, pastries and drinks; open for breakfast and lunch). Nosh on Naples Bay – (award winning cuisine. Open for Happy hour and Dinner) Indulge Restaurant & Bar (upscale indoor and outdoor dining).

There is a daily resort fee of $45 plus tax per room, per night (payable locally, fee subject to change).

It’s rare that I leave less than 5 stars. This property is beautiful. However, we were extremely disappointed upon arrival. We chose this property because of the lazy river and HEATED pools. It’s rare that I leave less than 5 stars. This property is beautiful. However, we were extremely disappointed upon arrival. We chose this property because of the lazy river and HEATED pools. Coming from Indiana, this was a must for our short 3 night vaca. I even called and made sure the property had heated pools. Traveling with our 6 and 9 year old, we wanted them to be able to swim and enjoy the lazy river. Upon arrival there was a sign at the check-in desk stating that the lazy river was closed and there were no heated pools or hot tubs due to an issue with the gas. We believe we should have been notified in advance so that we could find another location. We arrived on Thanksgiving evening so we didn’t have that option upon arrival. The person checking us in had nothing to say, or offer. We spent quite a bit of money to stay here and the pools were absolutely freezing. No one was in them, there were other guests at the pool area who were just as disappointed. We also booked a 1 bedroom suite with a pullout. Attached is a picture of the pullout. It was stained yellow and ripped. Surprised by this for a 4 star property. The resort should have been upfront with us, prior to arriving. I sent an email that evening and a manager did call waving our “resort fees” and offering $150 giftcard for dinner. This was nice, but it was too late. We did rent a boat on Sunday and the staff was amazing. Our boating experience was fantastic. Read less

This could have been a lovely stay: the cottage we had was beautiful and spacious (for 2 adults, 2 under-10s), the staff were friendly, and the site was pleasant. But we booked here for the pool facilities and they were hopeless. We arrived to be informed that one of the pools was closed and, much more importantly, that the heating was broken in the remaining pools (There was one very small heated pool on a different site). This made them nearly unusable. Notices proclaimed that the staff were working “diligently” to sort it out but staff were uniformly vague about the timing and needless to say nothing was sorted out over our 7-day stay. The impression we had was that this was a longish-term issue, possibly even a renovation issue, though no-one would be clear with us. On the third time of asking they offered to refund our resort fee, which was a nice gesture (though we’ll wait to see if it actually happens!), but not really adequate - if we had been informed in advance and offered the chance to cancel and book elsewhere we’d certainly have done so. One of the two on-site restaurants was also closed, clearly for renovations (again we weren’t informed in advance) and though the website said it would re-open in ‘fall 2024’ (this was November) the on-site staff said it would not reopen until at least New Year. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience with an incompetent and/or untrustworthy hotel; definitely would not stay again. A pity: could have been lovely. Read less

Excellently located Resort with top quality services, amenities and very helpful staff. Overlooking the Resort's Marina from our balcony was a real treat. Close to 5th Avenue which was easily walkable but the Resort Shuttle was always there if required. I would have no hesitation recommending this destination

Go to Naples Bay Resort & Marina! Girls trip 2024 - The staff is so attentive and the accommodations outstanding. The Resort has it all. We'll be back. Special shout out to Hope, Nicole, Sig, Jerry and Eric. However our premier staff member Jennifer orchestrated our trip in it's entirety 👏 👏 👏. We love you Jennifer!

Receptionist can barely speak English, porter had to step in to assist with our questions. Charged automatically for a tip when they confirmed I had signed for no tip (appalling service at pool). We were promised would be removed and come home to find it hasn’t and they have responded it will not. The pool is either a buggy ride away (tipping required) or walk a good 10 mins with all your change of clothes across a dual carriageway to the residents area whom the pool belongs to. Construction meant only teeny (what they call lap pool) was open and part of another pool however that backed on to the construction so debris and noise removes from any ambience/ enjoyment. We were not made aware of any planned works, nor that there would be no where open to eat dinner. They are happy to take your money but no customer service and think they are above you. Read less
