Spent over $900 a night with ocean view. The room was outdated with a few updates and we had a tree that blocked the direct view of the ocean. Disappointing when you spend this kind of money. Housekeeping was not ideal as well. We spent 6 nights and 3 out of the 6 nights they failed to restock some of the supplies. They left us without coffee and never gave clean coffee cups one morning. They only have 1 restaurant and very overpriced. They have a small fridge in the room stocked fully with their items leaving no space in the fridge. After 9:00 p.m. you have no options to get food unless you have a car to leave this place. Would never go back based on this price. The only people that were overly friendly was the valet and bartenders to get additional tips. They also automatically charged 20% on anything you eat and drink both in the restaurant and at the pool/ocean. Read less

Staff is exceptional - they are accommodating, friendly and courteous. Rooms are very nice. Lots of amenities. Spa staff is very attentive. Food at restaurants is very good; on the expensive side. Lovely atmosphere. Beach is very clean. I would recommend staying at this resort.

It's nice place to stay as long as u have deep pockets. I am a working class family and has 2 picky eater so I dont have much but we honestly enjoy my days there. My personal opinion work on the plumbing and it would be perfect.

Have stayed at this property a few times now. Friendly staff. Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a nice view on either side of the hotel. Beach and day beds are a great way to spend the day.
