She answered all of our questions, it was the first time we were out since Covid and the hotel has taken great precautions. She gave us an upgraded room on the 17th floor with a beautiful view, towels for the pool, extra coffee and cream.. at the moment there is no room service. The beach transportation is available every few minutes.. worth every penny staying at the Naples Grande Beach Resort. Can’t wait to be back!! Read less

The pool is very nice but, there were an overwhelming amount of people there. The corona restrictions did not apply. There was great service. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and make recommendations for different golfing and eating in the area.

My family and I have stayed at this resort over a dozen times and have had our fair share of ups and downs but what continued to draw us to this hotel is the location and the amenities that are offered. Unfortunately, it appears that this hotel was not prepared to enforce social distancing and masking wearing measures post COVID. The hotel was at full capacity when I checked in and the pool and beach was full of people that were not wearing masks or abiding by most recommendations. I can understand that this puts the hotel in a tough position as it's hard to police everyone. I accept that since I did choose to visit a hotel during a pandemic, I've willingly put myself at risk, but what is not acceptable is an encounter that I had at the beach area. My wife and toddler went to the beach and requested beach chairs and umbrellas. The attendant then disappeared and she was not able to get situated. When I made it down to the beach she told me that she was still waiting for assistance so I tracked down someone and they set us up with a day bed, canopy, umbrellas and chairs. I thought that this was an added gesture due to the inconvenience my wife encountered. When I received my bill, I noticed that there was an approximate $100 charge for the beach setup. My wife left before I received the bill so I asked the attendant if my wife had asked for the day bed and canopy and they stated yes. After speaking to my wife, she confirmed that she only had asked for 2 chairs (included with my stay) and one umbrella. I took up this bait and switch tactic with the front desk and the Front Desk Manager was asked to intervene but all he did was point the finger at me and stated that he spoke to the beach staff and they confirmed that I ordered the day bed and cabana. I felt embarrassed and was accused of lying in front of other guests which is beyond the customer service etiquette you would expect at a 4 star hotel. With that being said, this is the last time that I stay at this property. Unfortunately, I didn't get the Front Desk Manager's name, but he needs a refresher course on customer service 101. There are plenty of other options available in this area, so i'll be taking my business elsewhere. Read less

We were happy with the resort as we knew what we were getting into with the COVID crisis. We were happy with the resort as we knew what we were getting into with the COVID crisis. We were prepared for limited restaurants, no shuttle, no housekeeping, etc. The bothersome component was your arrangement with your Premier Pass people (Golf/Pool OUTSIDERS) using the pool. We booked to get away from people and on Sunday it was a FREE FOR ALL! Do whatever you want...Large crowds, bring your 72 bottle cooler, bring 24 members of your family, bring your picnic food, play your own music on your speakers. RULES DON'T APPLY! Your establishment encouraged large group gatherings and more people than necessary. DISAPPOINTING! Read less
