Naples Grande Beach, a must if you visit Naples! Even though is an expensive hotel, times to times you can get offers from booking websites as well as promotions or exchange points earned with credit cards. I think everything was perfect during our stay. Staff is very kind and willing to help everytime you need. The rooms are very spacious, beds very comfortable with lots of good pillows on. There’s a mini fridge, coffee machine, complimentary bottle of water everyday. We stayed in a “gulf view” room and was ok. The pool area is amazing, the main pool has a water slide, everything is clean and in place. If you want privacy and stay Away of kids, there’s an “adults only” pool. Beach is at 10 minutes walking distance, across a boardwalk that takes you there, or you can get on a mini tram and be there in less than 5’. Beach chairs and towels are included in the resort fee you pay for everyday of the stay. If you want an umbrella there’s an extra charge of 22 dol + tax - wich i think should be also offered in the resort fee they charge, that’s a minus for the hotel. Room cleaning hours were not ok. They did it late in the afternoon, the first day we found the room undone at 4pm, even though we left the room available for cleaning since 9am. Last day was almost the same, we returned by 3pm from the beach and found the girl cleaning at that time... that is also a minus for the hotel. Read less

The beach at Naples grande is one of the best beaches. When Renting a cabana or umbrella ask for Adrean! He’s super helpful and friendly. I love this area it’s so peaceful and with workers like Adrean it makes a trip to the beach with two babies super fun and easy!!!! I highly recommend Clam pass beach and Naples Grande.

There are also toys the hotel has for kids to play in the pool and in the beach. Everything was super clean. Dinning in the hotel was very good. The Asian inspired dishes were delicious. Read less

Albert , one of the beach attendants was kind and cheerful. We didn’t have enough towels and he retrieved 4 more in a matter of a minute. Was 95 degrees but his demeanor was as if it was cool and only 70. I was dying in my swimming trunks and he had long sleeves and long pants. God bless you Albert.
