We are on a family road trip around Florida and stayed three nights in a Villa. Overall was a good place to stay and we would come back. The hotel common areas are impressive and our daughter looovved the pool. The kids activities around the pool were also a welcome addition. Reception staff who are the face of the hotel when you check in not very welcoming or positive. Breakfast was ok and standard unhealthy buffet fare. Day two we were harassed on the phone by reception staff due to credit card issues only to discovery that AMEX was down across and the reception staff were trying to recharge the room a second time-disappointing to have to remind them the room was prepaid and not to treat guests as criminals. The villa was spacious, nicely decorated, two great enormous TVs for rainy days, the king bed wonderful, pillows of poor quality, overall a good two room place with enough space to separate from the kids and everyone be happy. No night time turndown service which was lacking in a beach resort. The place was ground floor and infested with ants and bugs so be aware as we had ants everywhere on the carpet floor and with no mosquito repellents in the room bitten to death. The basin and toilet areas were nice BUT the shower was abysmal shockingly old, rusty, leaking, both outlets slightly running at the same time so would say this was a let down. We were put in the worst possible villa by the parking but still we had a nice time. Read less

The beach is very nice. Adrean from the beach is awesome! Very helpful and friendly! The hotel is quite nice. If you walk to the beach down the mangrove walk it takes about 10-15 min. Tram rides are 3 min and 37 seconds.

My wife and I stayed for two nights after driving south 2 hours from the Tampa area. Arrival was a bit chaotic - we were told in advance by the hotel that there is no elevator from the self parking garage so we should leave our bags at the entrance - there was a big jam of cars and bags but we got through it. Our room on the 17th floor was very nice with a gulf view, but out of four elevators, three were down during the second day of our visit, making for long waits. The family pool area was cramped, crowded, and full of kids but the adult pool was nice. There is only one restaurant, one little coffee stand, and one bar. They are all nice facilities, but for a stay of more than a few days they would get a little bit boring. So overall - if they keep their elevators working I think the place is okay for a short stay. Wonderful resort literally next to Clam Pass park with some of the best beaches in Naples. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and wanted to be on the beach. Jimmy and DiMario were excellent in helping us relax at the beach. Kathy Goodchild and the concierge made excellent suggestions regarding tours and activities in Naples, and helped us make reservations for dinners on the beach. Very nice amenities, and left us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to greet us for our wedding anniversary. That was an elegant touch which is consistent with the overall feel of the resort. The gulf view was a great way to start and end the day, the breeze gently blowing as we relaxed on the couch on the balcony. Worth the extra money for the gulf view. Read less
