Lovely large property. Clearly attention to COVID protection. Rooms could use a refresh. No Valet Parking. No restaurants open beside the bar. Excellent professional, kind and accommodating staff overall.

We decide to stay her to celebrate my Husband's 50th Birthday and to hold a special birthday surprise. We flew family in from England to join us to celebrate and surprise my husband. I sent the hotel the day before our arrive to advise the front desk that we would need access to room early to arrange the surprise. We we upgraded to one of the corner suites and given access to the room, On the day of the arrival everything worked out pefectly. The room was very large. It had a double balcony. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was awesome, especially at night. We had booked the private dining room for the birthday celebration. On the day, we were given early access in order to decorate, the restaurant hostess was very hospitable. The food was very good, very fresh and varied choice of menu. It was accommodated for non meat eaters. The private room is the restaurant is surround by glass walls so you could see other diners which wasn't a problem. HOWEVER, what wasn't so nice was watching the Chef visit some of other diners not once but TWICE to see how their dining experience was. NOT ONCE did he visit us in the private dining room. Considering there was 7 of us dining so the amount of money we were spending was a sizeable sum. I would expect some level of personal service or acknowledgment from a hotel's main restaurant. This left a bitter taste to an otherwise enjoyable evening. However, the service we did receive from the Jamaican waitresses was excellent!!!! The pool and outside cafe areas are nice and relaxing. Thank god for the tram ride to the beach. Do not bother trying to walk it. The beach was nice. The beach chairs were ok, a bit pricey but standard for Florida beaches. But be prepared for a queue to get on the Trams if you leave late in the day. Would I stay there again??? Still deciding. Read less

We had a great stay in Naples. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We ate breakfast each morning and the food was very good. The boardwalk to the beach was being updated so access to the beach was limited but hotel was great.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in August 2020 (during the continued pandemic). I was hesitant about staying here because the reviews were so mixed, but I am glad that I just went with my gut. We truly enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean and so were the public areas of the hotel. I observed all the employees (including those working outside) in masks and gloves. There are 2 pools that are pretty large to accommodate a lot of people and the chairs were all distanced from each other. I saw employees constantly cleaning up by the bar, pool areas and other common areas. I would like to clarify something, the hotel is literally a few feet away from a protected natural sanctuary, so you do have to walk a bit to the beach. They do have a little golf cart that takes you right to the beach, which is helpful if you are carrying beach chairs and umbrellas. The hotel does have beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach, however we brought our own for safety purposes. We did not dine at any of the restaurants, but we did see that a lot of people were dinning each day. The little gelato kiosk has pretty good lattes, coffee and gelato to enjoy. I have to say that I truly enjoyed my stay and will return. There is valet parking and a self-parking garage. Hoping to be back soon :) Read less

Me and my fiance had a great time. The beach was closed so we didn't get to experience that but the other amenities were great with the pool, hot tub, spa, etc. The food was good and the service was on par. Love it and would recommend it for anyone trying to book.
