The boardwalk through the mangroves to get to the beach is beautiful and the regularly running golf carts to and from the beach are super convenient. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. The hotel is looking a bit worn compared to earlier stays. Food prices are a bit expensive for what you actually get. Overall a great stay and we will be back! Read less

It is more a conference hotel although the swimming pool is kids friendly. breakfast and pool food are ok. Prices are Floridian standards, but still, it seems to be an older hotel that is in need of an upgrade in a few years. our balcony was south facing, so good for winter breaks. spa enticing, but if there is a conference, it gets too busy and… Read more

We couldn't experience any of the things we wanted because they sent the employees all home. On top of that, the staff lied to us about lightning being in the area when it was sunny and 73 degrees without a storm on the radar. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. We will never come back, and will detract anyone we know from every staying. Read less

This was our first visit to this hotel, we had a king suite, it was very roomy and comfortable. There was a small kitchen but had no plates, glasses or utensils. Another issue I had was they ran out of hand towels for the bathrooms, we never had replacements for a number of days. We did enjoy staying here, food was very good.

All good.. service, staff, amenities, and location. The beach and shuttle service was great. The rooms were clean, outdoor balconies with views of the sunset were amazing. We will definitely plan to stay here again.
