Really liked the breakfast options in the morning. Something for everyone. The pool area is really nice with plenty of towels. Our kids enjoyed the basketball court as well. Workout room is very small with only 2 treadmills and some hand weights, but I was able to get a decent work out in. Very good location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. We would stay here again. Read less

My husband and I recently won lottery tickets to see Hamilton in Naples. We decided to use one of the annual certificates for a free night at a Marriott property for 35,000 points. We frequently stay at Residence Inns because we like the studio kitchens that are in the room. Check in went fine and we went to our room. Well, right away we didn't like the weird odor in the room. Perhaps it was coming from the dirty carpets in the room. I mean filthy, really. I don't understand why hotels don't keep the carpets clean. The problem was not a few spots. The entire carpet was just awful. My husband didn't even want to stay there after we saw Hamilton. The sheets were clean and everything else was average for a room that is in need of updating. The property seemed to be nice enough. We didn't stay long enough to check out the rest of the place. So I would recommend a pass for this hotel unless you are told the room you are assigned has been updated. Read less

Stayed during the Thanksgiving for a Friendsgiving weekend. Chose the hotel due to the location, and it is indeed well-located and close to the beach. Nice breakfast included, although area for breakfast is small and tends to get swamped during peak breakfast hours. Pool and jacuzzi area is cute, but also small with a basketball adjacent to it.… Read more

We weren't sure where exactly we should stay--- closer to Vanderbilt Beach or closer to Old Naples. This was the happy compromise dictated by a reasonable rate of $185 with breakfast and parking included. The location is perfect with a 15 minute drive to Naples Pier or Vanderbilt Beach. The Mall is ten minutes away. The only disadvantage is a car is required to get around but this I find pretty typical in Naples Spacious clean rooms with a comfortable bed with a duvet cover and a full fridge and kitchen with a microwave. The pool area is compact with plenty of seating and complimentary towels. Breakfast is included with variety of healthy choices from toast, bagels, oatmeal, fresh fruit, eggs , sausages, juices and coffee and teas. Complimentary newspaper as well. Staff is excellent--- polite and efficient. Read less
