We stayed here for 2 nights in early March. Hotel is conveniently located to lots of restaurants, shops, art museums. Staff was super friendly - delivering water bottles to guests at the pool. Free parking. Free breakfast with lots of options and option for real plates and serveware instead of just plastic. Starbucks coffee and fresh fruit too.… Read more

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. As Bonvoy Platinum members we were upgraded to larger suite on ground floor overlooking pool and hot tub. Great breakfast included for all and special complimentary happy hour and food three nights a week. Alex was jack of all trades: handyman and cheeseburger grill master on Tuesday free burger night. Jaz and Kelly helpful on front desk. Hotel is in great location between North Naples and downtown. Free shuttle to close by beach. Special thanks to Jeff Arman the General Manager. When we decided to extend for the second week he was able to keep us assigned to our room at the same nice rate. Jeff is one of those hands-on managers who is always available and helpful. Read less

Large clean rooms with a full kitchen make this hotel suitable for a longer stay. I used the pool daily to swim laps - it was well heated which is essential since Naples can be cold during February. Very impressive daily breakfast buffet. Also wine/beer/hot snacks 3 nights per week. Hotel staff mentioned that during the winter 75% of… Read more

Very impressive daily breakfast buffet. Also wine/beer/hot snacks 3 nights per week. Hotel staff mentioned that during the winter 75% of reservations are for longer than 3 weeks. The rooms are in separate bldgs that are not directly connected to the lobby/breakfast area - so that if it is raining you still need to go outside and run through the rain to get to the lobby. Really liked the breakfast options in the morning. Something for everyone. The pool area is really nice with plenty of towels. Our kids enjoyed the basketball court as well. Workout room is very small with only 2 treadmills and some hand weights, but I was able to get a decent work out in. Very good location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. We would stay here again. Read less

My husband and I recently won lottery tickets to see Hamilton in Naples. We decided to use one of the annual certificates for a free night at a Marriott property for 35,000 points. We frequently stay at Residence Inns because we like the studio kitchens that are in the room. Check in went fine and we went to our room. Well, right away we didn't like the weird odor in the room. Perhaps it was coming from the dirty carpets in the room. I mean filthy, really. I don't understand why hotels don't keep the carpets clean. The problem was not a few spots. The entire carpet was just awful. My husband didn't even want to stay there after we saw Hamilton. The sheets were clean and everything else was average for a room that is in need of updating. The property seemed to be nice enough. We didn't stay long enough to check out the rest of the place. So I would recommend a pass for this hotel unless you are told the room you are assigned has been updated. Read less
