When asking about parking at the beach and renting chairs/umbrella, we were pleasantly surprised that we could borrow these items from the hotel-nice bonus. We got good tips on parking as well. We would certainly stay here again! Read less

Nice property for the price. The property is older by the looks and condition however it’s fairly clean. It was a challenge to find parking close to the building they really need more parking. The furniture in the room needs to be updated. The bed had a big indent looked like the Grand Canyon on one side, it was very uncomfortable they probably… Read more

The furniture in the room needs to be updated. The bed had a big indent looked like the Grand Canyon on one side, it was very uncomfortable they probably should have thought about rotating the mattress, but it’s far too gone and will really need to be replaced. The air conditioning unit was loud but it did help reduce hallway noise. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling. The door jams in the bathroom were very dirty they could use a good cleaning. The common areas (the lobby / pool) were very clean. The breakfast and evening social food was good. Staff is friendly. Read less

Naples is a spendy place and the Residence Inn room rate reflected this. Don't expect anything other than an average Residence Inn experience however. Naples is a spendy place and the Residence Inn room rate reflected this. Don't expect anything other than an average Residence Inn experience however. The rooms are decorated in the traditional colors with the traditional furniture. The hotel has a well used, dated but generally maintained appearance. The bathroom could use some spiffing up and new grout. There is a palm tree courtyard with a pool and outside seating which is sort of a mini-resort if you want it to be. The breakfast was the usual with cut up melon, cereal, mini yogurts etc. The use of styrofoam was off putting for a place that would like to be "green". You cannot walk to the beach from here, despite its proximity-- the access is private nearest the hotel. Read less

We would highly recommend staying here (hard to believe that there would be any negative reviews of this place!). The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas too if you need them. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit Naples! Read less

My friend, niece, and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, arriving on 3/28 and checking out on 3/30. We left the hotel at 11 a.m. on Friday and returned at 6 p.m., making sure to remove the “do not disturb” and “pet in room” magnets. We were very upset when we returned because the suite had not been serviced. I called to request service for the suite, only to be told that housekeeping had left for the day. The most the hotel could offer was fresh towels and refills of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. This is not acceptable at all, although I had no choice but to say okay. Dirty dishes (which housekeeping puts in the dishwasher) remained in the sink, the bathtubs were dirty, the bathroom sinks were dirty, etc. I have been a loyal Marriott member for years and chose this hotel based my usually good experiences with this brand. I got what is considered a good rate for the room ($382 per night) and had to pay a $75 pet fee, but the person at the front desk could only offer an apology and the statement that she would inform the manager. That didn’t get the room clean! Read less
