On a future visit i would book the Club King Supreme that has a very large balcony and outdoor living space. I thought that was the room i booked but realized when i checked the reservation it was for the Club King Suite. Club lounge was very nice and the staff was very professional and accommodating. Food offerings for breakfast and evening reception were sufficient and the selection of top shelf liquor was outstanding. Wine and Champagne also available was very good. The Club Concierge staff also surprised us with a nice bottle of Champagne in our suite on our anniversary. Overall a great two day visit to Naples from Ft. Lauderdale and would certainly stay at The Inn on Fifth on a future visit! Read less

To celebrate my 60th birthday, my husband booked a club level suite for five days. The hotel is beautiful and the club level staff were outstanding. Two of our couple friends flew in and they also loved it. I would put their service level on par with Ritz Carlton. I can't wait to go back!

My partner took me to this hotel for our anniversary, I found a hotel to be fantastic. It is a true boutique hotel from front staff to the way they took care of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something special in Naples. It is walking distance to everything

My husband and I chose the Club Level suites at the Inn on Fifth for a long weekend getaway. The Club Level is located directly across the street from the main hotel, pool and spa. This was a small inconvenience compared to the benefits of Club Level. Upon arrival, the valet escorted us to the Club Level building, which can only be accessed by the guests with Club Level key cards. We were checked in by the concierge on the 3rd Floor. Our room was on the same floor, a few steps from the Club Lounge, which serves breakfast, snacks during the day and cocktails and desserts in the evening. Convenience is really what it is all about. No wondering where to go or wasting time getting breakfast or coffee every morning. Breakfast each morning was the same, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, muffins, fruit and cereal. The small refrigerator in the Lounge is always stocked with water, sodas and some juices and there is always coffee. Snacks consist of bags of chips, hand packed ziplock baggies of cookies and candy. Basically, vending machine selections without the vending machine. At 5:00PM, the Club Lounge has a Happy Hour vibe. Top shelf liquors (and liquors, I know) and decent wines and average to below average prosecco. The food varies a little bit each afternoon, chicken croquettes one night, crackers (no cheese) another, cute but thoroughly cold (uncooked) and awful mini hotdogs in buns for a few nights. Honestly, a few individual serving packages of nuts would have been nice with the cocktails. The evening desserts were almost laughable. One night a chopped up tiramisu, the next night a chopped up commercial brownie, the next small pieces of either a lemon bar or key lime tart. Nothing else. We had a king room which was spacious with a sitting area and good-sized closet. The bathroom was spa-like with a large shower and separate soaking tub. The toilette was also separate. Our room, as well as all of the areas of the hotel seen was very clean. I had no complaint about cleanliness, which is usually my biggest complaint. The hotel offers free local transportation in either a golf cart (to the beach .5 miles away) or an SUV or Bentley. The Club Level gimmick worked for the most part, but there were a few misses, like the employee running the vacuum through the entire Lounge during the Happy Hour. The other was the attitude of a concierge dealing with a guest overheard while sitting in the Lounge. The guest requested transportation to a certain upscale restaurant for dinner. The concierge was a bit rude in informing her that the hotel would not do so because that location was not within the local area serviced. He did not offer to arrange for a taxi or car service or alternate mode of transport. I have dealt with many a concierge and found them to be problem solvers. This same concierge was overheard speaking on the telephone to what seemed to be another employee complaining that a third employee left without bringing him his food. Unfortunately, the concierge desk is in the Lounge. As I write this, I can hear the concierge give a guest just one recommendation for an Italian restaurant near by. There are at least four within walking distance and most are better that the one suggested. I suggest the concierge desk be relocated to a more private area. Above the Club Lounge is a deck with a hot tub, lounge chairs, a few tables and fire pit. The pool on the second floor of the main hotel is clean and the staff very friendly, serving drinks and select food items through the day. Read less

We absolutely loved our stay at the Inn on Fifth. A very different vibe being on main street instead of a beach. Easy to get to the pier and all the shops and restaurants downtown. Hotel is lovely and the staff is superb. It was rainy so we couldn't take advantage of the roof top pool but still had a drink to enjoy the view.
