The hotel

Nestled in North Naples, just 5 miles from the white-sand shores of Florida’s Gulf Coast, this exquisite hotel will have you feeling at home with its top class service, amenities and stylish rooms in no time. It's worth upgrading to the club rooms if you want some delicious food and drinks included throughout your stay (we know we would!). The hotel boasts a variety of other bars and eateries, including Ria where you can dine outside on fresh Latin-American dishes. Don’t fret though, you’ll be able to work off all those extra calories with a visit to the resorts fitness centre, which has all sorts of ways to get you fit. You may prefer to play a round on the Tiburon Championship golf course, take a swim, or a game of tennis - the possibilities are endless. This place is perfect for families, with waterslides galore and a lazy river - but if you do need some adult time, there's also a dedicated pool for that too, so grab your book and a chilled drink and take some down time. Fancy a trip to the beach? The hotel's complimentary shuttle will take you to the sister property right on Vanderbilt beach so you'll have your toes in the sand in no time. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean and well kept. The staff is super attentive and makes you feel so special and comfortable. We brought our young kids and they loved this resort. The lazy river, water slides and pool kept them entertained all day. We can’t wait to go back!! :)

The front desk told me they would call me when the room was ready. When we checked I thought I heard a tv on in the adjacent room and people talking. By 4:30 I went to the front desk and told them that I thought there were still people in the other room. I was told I was incorrect and the front desk person called the cleaning department and said I was in fact incorrect and the room was being cleaned. I went back to my room only to get a call that I needed to change rooms since I was correct and the other room was occupied as the person extended their stay. Of course when I got my new room I leaned it was clear on the other side so we had to pack up and making matter worse our view of the pool was now a view of the parking lot. I asked the front desk how all this could have happened only to be told that “I did not need an explanation” There was also issues with the cleaning service our room hardly looked like it had been cleaned by the staff outside of the fact that my bed was made, one of the days i actually spoke to the cleaning person said we were leaving and they could go inside now to clean only to come home and realize our request was completely ignored. I’ve stayed at his property so many times over the last three years not once has the staff realized I am a returning customer. After this visit i wonder if I will be ever be coming back. Read less

Parking is close, food is good, staff is friendly but the scenery, golf course and lazy River is amazing. Concierge is top notch the store needs a bit work not much of variety when it comes to purchasing memorabilia for your memories but the marcato is close and so is the beach

The kids club was lackluster but the pools made up for it. However one large issue is the property built an outdoor party tent that holds events until 10pm on Saturdays (possibly other days)? Our rooms were positioned overlooking the tent and we could hear every song until 10pm. Fine for us but not great for our 3 kids, 8 years and younger. They sent up white noise machines but we weren’t warned about the event and certainly would have asked to move rooms if it were not so late. Be sure to check if an event when arriving with kids. We’ve stayed at Ritz properties around the world and this is the first one that does not live up to the service and quality standards we’ve come to expect. Some bright spots but overall the service is lacking. Valet/Bellmen seem angry, we dared to ask for a picture and were met with disdain. Met my first ever crabby concierge and the one time I called the front desk they picked up and hung up before I even said a word. Food options are limited and pretty marginal. Overall the hotel simply lacks the wow factor. Read less
