Overall nice and new-ish feeling hotel. The view from the parking lot side isn’t too bad if you get a room up high - you can see a preserve, bay, and the bridge over to Anna Maria Island. The included breakfast was basic but good - fruits, cereal, pastries, and eggs/bacon (and of course, coffee). During our stay the 6th floor and room smelled a… Read more

The included breakfast was basic but good - fruits, cereal, pastries, and eggs/bacon (and of course, coffee). During our stay the 6th floor and room smelled a bit pungent. Hard to tell where it was coming from. Also beware of the five, yes, five taxes that adds another 25% or so to your base rate. Tip: Be sure to include the nearby Robinson Preserve as part of your plans - preferably bike it or kayak, but walking works too if you allow extra time. Read less

Very friendly staff, beautiful amenities and what a view! Close to everything! Would definitely stay again! Oh and the on site restaurant is an awesome convenience! Free breakfast too! 10/10 loved our experience as a family of 3. Go on a fun boat tours cruise while you’re here!

Accommodations were clean, bright and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located about a mile +/- of the Anna Maria Island beaches. Meals in the on-site restaurant were good, although pricey. Complimentary hors d'ouerves were served daily in the lobby. There was an array of foods available for breakfast; we found the eggs so overly salted as to be inedible. The breakfast room and sitting area are way too small to accommodate a hotel full of guests. We were surprised to find that coffee is only served at breakfast and is not available at any other time of the day, so forget enjoying a cup after dinner. Management might consider moving the outdoor games on marina side as shouts from enthusiastic players interfered with enjoyment of our fifth floor 'quiet room' and balcony. Sadly, several soccer teams of early teenagers raised a ruckus for several days during our stay. Management intervened to quell the noise on a particularly bad night. Read less
