These modern villas are spacious and offer exceptional value. They overlook 6 lakes which are dotted around this spacious 30-acre resort. There are plenty of activities for the whole family including swimming pools, Jacuzzis, tennis courts, a play area for kids, shuffleboard and billiards. Near the clubhouse there are barbecue facilities if you fancy getting a sizzler going one afternoon. Within a 15-min drive are miles of white sandy beaches, Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key, and St Pete is just 45 min away by car. A 5-min stroll from your villa takes you to two major supermarkets, dozens of speciality shops, restaurants, cinemas, a golf course and a bowling alley.

2-bedroom condos with living room with sleeper sofa, TV, dining room, full kitchen complete with breakfast nook, telephone, air-conditioning, two bathrooms, master bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, second bedroom with twin beds, sleeping maximum five people including a minimum of one child.

Please note this is not a Family Friendly enviroment. They do not like children. The lady who works the pool area at night is beyond rude. She reminds me of the witch From Hansel and Gretel, praying on children of all ages. Please note rules only apply to families. Her buddy was at the pool two nights with not only food but her animal as well when the signs clearly state animals are not allowed! Again, the condo was lovely but the staff is absolutely horrible. Condo was lovely really comfortable with everything we needed even beach chairs and umbrella,location Was spot on next to publix ,Aldi , Walmart short walk away and not forgetting Applebee’s for a meal and a pint would book again

Very clean, well furnished vacation rental at a reasonable price. Less than 7 miles from Anna Maria Island & the beaches. This casual condo complex was a great place to stay. Our condo was just recently remodeled and was stocked with all the right stuff- soap, paper towels, t paper, etc. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Bradenton Beach was a 20 min ride away. The condo is a 5 minute walk to Publix and many restaurants. Can’t wait to go back.

We often stayed in Shorewalk in the 1990's & early 2000's & always had an excellent time. In more recent years we have rented Villas with a private pool but we managed to get in an extra trip recently & opted for Shorewalk renting from a private owner. We really enjoyed our vacation, the whole area was clean & well kept as it was years ago. The strict Pool rules are for a reason, years ago when the minimum rental dropped from 3 nights to 2 nights it attracted a lot of party weekend breaks from people coming from Tampa or wherever, this caused plenty of problems particularly in the Pool areas, in fact very often the Pools had to be closed because of someone using them as a toilet ! So we appreciate Shorewalk enforcing the rules again as they used to, remember some Condos are lived in full time. Shorewalk has always been at or near the top of our list of vacation properties & will continue to be so. We are from Weymouth, Dorset U.K. & always take our vacations in Bradenton/Sarasota & sometimes the Space Coast. Read less
