Two Bedroom Dual Entry Villas consist of a lounge with sofa bed, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, each with 1 king-size bed; sleeping maximum 6 people. Balconies are available in some villas, and they will have either resort views, water view, or marina views. 

Complimentary parking. Complimentary Anna Maria Island trolley which operates daily and makes frequent stops along the entire length of the island. 

The Chateau Anna Maria (traditional European cuisine with American flair, open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch).

The island is best suited to walking and biking. Like most of coastal Florida there is a lot of traffic. The hotel is located on the main road which has a constant flow of traffic. If interested in fishing I would highly recommend Anna Maria Boat Company. They will pick you up at the marina on site. Read less

This location is perfect as there is a place to eat lunch and dinner right in the hotel. If you stay here, have breakfast at Victoria's It is super good. Also, during dinner, Vistoria's is Sophia's; let me tell you, it is 5-star food. we would not hesitate to stay at Waterline again. Read less

Being able to walk to The Doctors Surgery was perfect , and it was a great place to grab a wine and the charcuterie board. The recommendation for Blueberries for a morning latte was spot on. Read less
