Two Bedroom Dual Entry Villas consist of a lounge with sofa bed, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, each with 1 king-size bed; sleeping maximum 6 people. Balconies are available in some villas, and they will have either resort views, water view, or marina views. 

Complimentary parking. Complimentary Anna Maria Island trolley which operates daily and makes frequent stops along the entire length of the island.

Thank you to the team at the Waterline Hotel - we loved the room you gave us and the super check in/out treatment. The slice of chocolate cake for the birthday boy was a well received and devoured as it was so delicious. The hotel is near the trolley bus stand so it was great to park up, leave the car behind and tour the island on the trolley. Being able to walk to The Doctors Surgery was perfect , and it was a great place to grab a wine and the charcuterie board. The recommendation for Blueberries for a morning latte was spot on. Cash paying guests receiving a timeshare experience. We arrived to a very clean room. The cleanliness is exceptional. The room was warm upon arrival in June. It’s very hot outside. The a/c in the guest bed ( 2queen) is barely working. The rest of the villa is fairly comfortable but not near cold at all. “Someone is working on it”. We stayed here… Read more

My daughter, sil, granddaughter and I stayed for a 3 day weekend. One of the best Marriott hotels we've stayed in. Easy, quick check in with a friendly, efficient front desk gentlemen. A full service restaurant with beautifully prepared and delicious food. Excellent service. You must try the raviolis stuffed with mushrooms. The cream sauce was heavenly. Several beachy shops within walking distance. Beach a quick bike ride away and yes, the hotel has bikes. If you are looking for luxury on Anna Maria Island this is the place. Read less

Great place from the front deck to the bartender. All the people were great. Nice heated pool. The room was clean and ready to use( the only thing it could have used was some laundry detergent) great view and a h//l of a sun set. Will go back again

Waterline Villas is a great choice for families. The 2 bedroom villa is extra spacious and well appointed. The primary bedroom has a large, luxury bathroom with tiled shower and separate water closet. Washer and dryer is en suite and convenient for families visiting the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, but lacks storage for pantry items. The property was very clean. All of the staff was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Emmie called me when beach gear came available and offered several items for us to borrow for the beach. The reason why we rated the property 4 stars instead of 5 is for the price point ($1100/ night) it didn’t quite feel like a resort. It was our first time visiting Anna Maria and we arrived at the property from the south, which meant we drove through an old Florida strip mall to pull into the entrance. We were a bit underwhelmed upon arrival. After we checked in (a bit early, which was nice), we visited the pool. The pool is small and lacks the feel of of a resort pool. There are few umbrellas and little greenery. There is an underutilized recreational space with a few pieces of outdoor furniture, an older looking ping pong table and a pack and play filled with toys left behind by previous guests. The hotel is situated on the harbor and the view from our room was 1/2 harbor and 1/2 street that is under construction. It didn’t completely provide the relaxation of a water view. While Marriott can’t change that the hotel is close to a main road and size of the common areas, the property and guests would benefit by investment made improve the entrance experience and recreational spaces to make it feel more tropical and relaxing. Overall, we recommend the hotel for the beautiful villas and hospitable service. Read less
