We had wonderful massages with Clarissa and Magda and Amanda Miranda and Chris at the spa we're so wonderful! The entire property was enjoyable and the staff truly made us feel special! We were sitting outside and she came to find us after we left the bar to continue the amazing personalized service. Can’t say enough amazing things about their staff. This is by far one of the best Marriott experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the resort staff were attentive and ready to assist and help make us comfortable. They had the pack n plays ready in room for us. Anytime we needed extra sheets or pillows they provided them quickly. The valet was incredibly fast and efficient and we never waited for our vehicle to arrive. The other big thing for families is the kids zone. It’s a great play area for toddlers and kids of all ages. They even have Nintendo switch. Highly recommend. For me personally, the breakfast was the best. Corey was by far the most amazing server I’ve had in my life. Never was my water or coffee empty. The eggs were always fresh. The chicken sausage was so juicy. Fruits were sweet and ripe. This place is a must. Beach and pool staff are also top notch. Jordan was our server on the pool deck and always took care of us. If you have kids, come. The beach area has tons of toys for them to play with. You get the benefits of a 5-star experience with kid friendly options. I’ll be back. Read less

We have never had such incredible service! Jordan J was a dream: Professional, attentive without being overbearing, sweet, efficient, and fun! She made our night perfection. Our food was delicious and the timing of each course was excellent. Highly recommend The Deep End and Jordan J!

The hotel was very nice! Definitely a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a corporate meeting! Gisela took care of our group during our meeting. She was amazing! Very attentive and made sure that our every need was met! I look forward to returning in the near future!
