Just left the hotel after 2 nights of stay with my family. We had some issue checking in when we arrived due to system issues which took us a while before we got the keys. Didnt start well. But very quickly the Hotel’s boss Lukasz came to me and personally apologised for the system issue. He kindly offered some compensation for the issue which we were very grateful. What we appreciated and felt joyful wasn’t the gift. It was the personal touch the boss of the hotel bother to come down and deal with the issue. We travel a lot. Stayed in a lot of 5 stars hotel including the famous Atlantis in Dubai and haven’t come across a top management level like this Marriot. This is a very unusual experience for us. We will 100% come back again and will share our experience with our friends and family. Please respect this hotel, the staffs and the managements. You won’t be regretted to stay at this hotel. I have weeks of run around phone calls and emails with staff over contents lost and no information on how they will actually rectify the horrible experience had when JW Marriott wishes to hold a name worth respecting. I advise you to look elsewhere for a much more pleasant stay in Clearwater area, not here. Read less
